| Objective:Observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy and safety of curing Feminine Damp-heat Syndrome of Acne by Lian Pu Yin, and to provide a new way by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat female acne on clinic, So as to find a more safe and effective therapeutic method.Methods:110cases of female acne patients are randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each group of each55patients.55cases in the treatment group take orally Lian Pu Yin, and the other55patients in the control group oral DanshenTong capsule. Both groups to give the clidamycin phosphate gel external use. Request the patients weekly to further consultation, and observe the patient’s symptoms integral change, for patients with continuous observation4weeks,4weeks is a period of treatment, after a course of the treatment, through the statistical analysis of symptom scores to judge the curative effect.Results:Treatment group:cure rate50.00%, improvement rate87.04%, total effective rate98.15%; control group:cure rate26.42%, improvement rate64.15%, and total effective rate83.02%. The treatment group and control group show statistical significant difference (P<0.05) on the total effective rateã€clinical symptoms and so on.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Lian Pu Yin better than DanshenTong capsule for the treatment of feminine acne. With fewer side effects, it has clinical application value. |
