| BackgroundStroke is a heavy burden to countries and many families due to its cost on treatment and nurses.Cerebral infarction should be taken as soon as possible in order to obtain the best effect and result.More and more clinical trials have proved that acupuncture has the exact effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction. In nowadays variety of therapies is combined in order to improve the efficacy. So it is very important to discover the rules in a therapy. In order to excavate the acupoint-selection rule of the treatment of cerebral infarction in ancient books,we used the technology of data mining before this study, and find the highest frequency acupionts.PurposeIn order to clarify the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture points optimised program(the 12 highest frequency points)discovery from the ancient books.MethodIn this study,60 patients were randomely send to different group by computer randomized progress. The experimental group was given basic treatment, rehabilitation therapy and acupuncture treatment, while the control group was given basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment. After treatment for 2 weeks,The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),daily living index(BI)and TCM Symptoms and Evaluation Scale will be used to evaluate the improvement of neurological function, the living self-care ability and the improvement of symptoms.Adverse reactions will be recorded.Data will be entered on a spreadsheet created on the Epidata 3.1 software by two staff, and be checked bya staff to reduce errors. The datas will be analisd by SPSS 20.0,use two-sided tests with a significance level of α = 0.05.Results1.Age and duration: Among 30 patients in the experimental group, the oldest was 75 years old,the youngest was 43 years old,and the average age was 62.53 years;the average disease duration was 28.10 days.In the control group, the oldest was 75 years old,the youngest was 41 years old,and the average age was 63.10 years;the average duration of disease was 27.03 days;the age and course of disease were compared using independent sample t-test,P>0.05.2.Gender,education level and occupation: gender: there were 21 male patients and 9 female patients in the experimental group;while 18 male patients and 12 female patients in the control group.Cultural level: Most of the patients in the experimental group had high school or secondary school education. The majority of the patients in the control group were junior high school, high school, and secondary school. One of the patients in the control group had unclear cultural level. In terms of occupation, the two groups have mostly retired and retired people. The c2 test was used for gender, education, and occupation.P was greater than 0.05.3.According to the six symptom factors of the “Ischemic Stroke Syndrome Diagnostic Scale”,more patients have multiple syndromes at the same time.According to statistics, patients with blood stasis account for relatively large proportion in all patients. The experimental group accounted for 36.92%,while the control group for 30.77%.Followed by phlegm patients,in the experimental group and the control group accounted for 20.00%.The c2 test was performed on each symptom of the two groups,P was greater than 0.05.4.NIHSS scale score: NIHSS scale scores before treatment in the experimental group were 6.10 points, the control group was 8.30 points(P> 0.05).After two weeks of treatment, the scores of both groups decreased. The experimental group was 4.07 points and the control group was 7.40 points. The difference was P<0.05 by independent sample t-test,and the difference was statistically significant.5.BI scale scores and Stroke Clinical Syndrome Rating Scales: The BI index of the experimental group was divided into 60.83 points before treatment and 46.67 points(P>0.05)in the control group. After treatment, the scores in both groups increased, with a score of 72.67 in the experimental group and 52.00 in the control group. The difference was statistically significant by an independent sample t-test P<0.05.6.The Stroke Clinical Syndrome Rating Scales in the experimental group were 29.13 points before treatment and 35.37 points in the control group(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the Stroke Clinical Syndrome Rating Scales in the experimental group were 16.37 points and 29.83 points in the control group. The difference was P<0.05 by independent sample t-test,and the difference was statistically significant.7.According to the patient’s symptom classification, the Stroke Clinical Syndrome Rating Scales were re-evaluated under one symptom. And it can be found that under the internal fire syndrome, the test group was divided into 13.88 points, and the control group was 5.44Points;under the phlegm symptoms, the test group was 15.85 points, the control group was 5.92 points;and under the blood stasis syndrome, the test group was 12.21 points, the control group was 5.30 points. After an independent sample t-test,the P values of internal fire, sputum wetness, and blood stasis were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. It means that the experimental group protocol has a better effect on patients with internal fire, hemorrhoids, and blood stasis symptoms.8.In this study, there was 1 patient with an adverse event. The accident was bleeding. At that time, the amount of bleeding after needle acupuncture was about 0.5 ml.After local compression and hemostasis, local rubbing and elimination of tension, bleeding stopped. After the patient can continue to cooperate with the treatment.9.Auxiliary examination: After the rank sum test, the P values of all indicators before and after treatment were not statistically significant, indicating that acupuncture had no effect on blood analysis, biochemical indicators, and urinary combinations.ConclusionThe ancient book optimization program can promote the recovery of neurological deficits in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction,。 It can improve the ability of daily living in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction. And it can improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction, especially with the internal fire, phlegm, blood stasis. |
