Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Honghua Xiaoyao Tablet In The Treatment Of Late Period Of Menstruation(Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver And Qi Stagnation)

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine Honghua Xiaoyao tablets in the treatment of late menstruation(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome).Method:72 cases of patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome diagnosis is a collection of menstruation.The random method was divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,the oral safflower Xiaoyao tablet was combined with acupuncture,and the control group was taken orally by safflower Xiaoyao tablet.The time of the two groups was the same.After the normal menstruation was completely clean,3 tablets were taken each time,3 times a day.For 28 consecutive days,the menstrual period was stopped.At the same time,treatment group and acupuncture treatment,acupoint prescription:uterus,return,Guan Yuan,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,letter.After the same period of menstruation clean start acupuncture,1 times a day,a total of 14 times a period,menstrual period stop acupuncture treatment,a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Result:of the 36 patients in the treatment group,15 were cured,14 were markedly effective,4 were effective,and 3 were invalid.The total effective rate was 91.7%.In 36 people in the control group,6 were cured,14 were markedly effective,6 were effective,and 10 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.3%..Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of the treatment group and control group can improve the disease,the treatment group than the control group,and the course of treatment no adverse reaction,safe and reliable curative effect,it can be popularized in clinical acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.
