Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Yin Deficiency And Heat Syndrome) By Jiawei Yu Maying And Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets

Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(yin deficiency and heat syndrome)and to prove its safety and reliability according to the experience of the tutor in clinical experience,using the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and combined with the present environment.Methods: all the patients were derived from a medical department of geriatric disease in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Each group was 36.The experiment time was 4 weeks.The treatment group was administered orally on the basic treatment of diabetes(provided by the medicinal granule pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets 0.25g(Shanghai Heng Mountain Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,H31021359 of Chinese Medicine)1 tablets a time,3 times a day,and the control group in the basic treatment of diabetes,Oral administration of a western medicine is carried out with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets 0.25g(the manufacturer and the same batch)taking the same dosage.During the study,the symptoms and signs of the 72 patients were carefully observed,and the physical and chemical tests were carried out,and the relevant experimental data were recorded in detail,and the statistical analysis was carried out according to these data.According to the statistical results,the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Yu Nu Decoction were evaluated.Results: in the course of the study,all the 72 patients were not removed and removed.All the clinical trials were completed.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group decreased the blood sugar values.The results of statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total treatment efficiency of TCM syndrome in the improvement of type 2 diabetes(yin deficiency heat syndrome)was 94.44% in the treatment group and 77.78% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was more than that of the control group.Big(P<0.05).It can be seen that in the main syndrome and secondary symptoms,the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group on improving the symptoms of thirst,annoyance,annoyance,food,frequent hunger,frequent urination,insomnia and other TCM syndrome.Conclusion: the clinical study showed that the two groups of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were significantly different before and after treatment,but the difference between the groups was not obvious,which fully indicated that both the treatment group and the control group had a good hypoglycemic effect.In the general effect of TCM syndrome,there were obvious differences between the two groups.In the main syndrome and secondary symptoms,the symptoms of thirst,irritability,food and hunger,frequent urination,insomnia,forgetfulness and other TCM syndrome were better than the control group.At the end of this clinical study,there was no obvious abnormality in the safety index of the patients.None of the selected subjects had an adverse reaction after the use of the drug(including the same failure during the later follow-up),which fully demonstrated that the drug used in this clinical observation was safe.
