To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Heat Due To Yin Deficiency Syndrome Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Treatment Of Renshen Baihu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating type 2 diabetes mellitus by Renshen Baihu decoction, and the comparison of metformin, mechanism and treatment of type 2 diabetes.Evaluation of Renshen Baihu decoction clinical effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus, and providing reliable theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The clinical observation, the object of study for patients with type 2 diabetes milltus. Sources:Taiwan case in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine clinics met the case selection criteria of 60 patients with diabetes mellitus.The randomization, subjects will be in proportion to the 1:1 is allocated to the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group of 30 cases,Taking Renshen Baihu decoction two times a day,morning and evening wear.30 cases of the control group,metformin0.5g, immediately after dinner to take one.Observation indexes:safety examination, clinical symptoms and signs, blood glucose, blood lipid and other indexes for evaluation and observe its clinical therapeutic effect.Results:In two groups before treatment, gender, age, duration of symptoms before treatment were compared, there was no statistical significance, explains the basic characteristics of the two groups were comparable.The treatment group curative effect index was 88.46%; the control group curative effect index is 72.00%. The comparison between the two groups, there was significant difference. Description of Renshen Baihu decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes was superior to metformin tablets.From the comparison of the symptoms of diabetes, the symptoms of diabetes treatment group was superior to the control groupafter treatment, suggesting that Renshen Baihu decoction in the treatment of diabetes can improve the overall status of patients.The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin effect:in the treatment group, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin decreased, there was significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01).Effects on blood lipids:treatment group, glycerin three fat, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein decreased obviously, compared with before treatment and control group were significantly different (P<0.05, P<0.01).Effect of blood rheology:treatment group blood rheology index of whole blood viscosity, whole blood in shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity decreased, there was significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01).Effect of blood rheology:treatment group blood rheology index of whole blood viscosity, whole blood in shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity decreased, there was significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusions:The curative effect of Renshen Baihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce blood sugar, regulating blood lipids and blood rheology. Especially in improving the clinical symptoms significantly better than the control group, safe and reliable.
