The Clinical Research Of Treating Pre-diabetes(Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Syndrome)by Liqi Huatan Qingtoufang

Objective: The incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing year by year,and timely intervention in the treatment of diabetes can effectively prevent its development in the direction of type 2 diabetes.This study put forward by the tutor pre-diabetes "evil fu powder paste" theory as the basis,on the basis of previous studies by qi phlegm clear party treatment pre-diabetes and 30 patients with phlegm syndrome,further validation from evil fu powder paste treatment efficacy and safety of the despair an illusion of the spleen,for pre-diabetes control and treatment of open up new ideas and new methods.Methods: The total of 60 patients in the hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine(changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine)were selected as the patients with phlegm and the condition of admission,and 30 patients in the treatment group and the control group.In addition,12 cases were added to prevent falling off.None of the selected cases were combined with other basic diseases;All other endocrine related diseases were excluded,and no drugs affecting lipid metabolism were taken in the last half month.Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in gender,age,etc.Groups by randomized controlled method in foundation treatment(low salt low fat diabetes diet,appropriate increase activity),on the basis of the treatment group to qi phlegm clear oral,the control group with acarbose tablets,medication time are all around,continuous observation of clinical symptoms,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,blood glucose,insulin resistance indices such as 3period of treatment.Results: The two groups had significant effect in reducing glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting and 2h blood glucose(P<0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in lowering blood lipid,weight and waist-to-hip ratio,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of TCM symptoms,the main symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved,and the efficacy of the control group was not obvious(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P BBB 0 0.05).The efficacy of the remaining symptomatic treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the effect of clearing and reducingsugar and acarbose in the clinical study.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.Under the guidance of the theory of "cure of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,the incidence of diabetes has been effectively reduced and its curative effect is remarkable.It is worth further study to treat the low recurrence rate of phlegm in the early stage of diabetes and the effective and lasting effect.
