| Objective: To observe the the clinical curative effect of Abdominal Needle on acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(AECOPD).Respiratory muscle fatigue syndrome,to explore the effectiveness and safety of the drug in the treatment of AECOPD,and to provide scientific basis for its clinical application,at the same time,to provide a new Chinese herbal medicine for patients with AECOPD.Methods:From September 2014 to June 2016,we collected 68 patients which have got AECOPD,then the 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 35 people.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment such as anti-infection,suppressing cough and calming panting and so on,the treatment group received Abdominal Needle,The specific acupoints of Zhongwan,Qihai,Guan Yuan,namely the air entraining abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of Guiyuan prescription,the other with huaroumen(double),Tianshu(double)large horizontal hole(double),daimai point(double),activing plus Guanyuan under.The first three days of 1 times a day,then the next day to 1 times,each time the needle for 30 minutes,an average of five minutes of observation time,observation of patients were reflected,acupuncture 7 times.Results:1.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P=0.045).2.In TCM symptom,The experimental group after treatment in improving cough,phlegm,wheezing,shortness of breath,sweating and other symptoms significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while in the easy cold,lassitude,although the effect is better than the control group,but the difference is not obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.In pulmonary function,In the treatment group and the control group,lung ventilation function was improved to some extent.After abdominal acupuncture treatment,the experimental group compared with control group of lung function,the test group of patients the percentage of VC(VC%),maximal voluntary ventilation percentage of predicted value(MVV%),although there is some improvement,but compared with the control group,in the degree of improvement were significant differences(P > 0.05),while the patients in the experimental group the first second forced expiratory volume percentage of FVC(FEV1.0 /FVC),FEV1 percentage of predicted value(FEV1.0),compared with the control group of patients has significantly improved,but the degree of improvement is statistical significance(P <0.05).4.In the aspect of respiratory muscle strength and endurance test,after abdominal acupuncture and routine treatment,the experimental group and control group,treatment group patients with respiratory muscle strength and endurance test increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),six minutes walking distance increased significantly.5.The blood gas analysis,the experimental group after abdominal acupuncture and routine treatment compared with the control group,blood oxygen saturation(Sa O2)of the treatment group increased significantly compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(Pa CO2)treatment group,although reduced,but the degree of decrease is not obvious,no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),arterial oxygen pressure(Pa O2)increased,but the increasing extent of no statistically significant differences(P >0.05).6.Liver function,kidney function and other indicators of all selected cases,the changes were not statistically significant before and after treatmen.Conclusion:1.Through clinical observation,and show that the detection indexes,conventional treatment combined with abdominal acupuncture therapy can significantly in patients with TCM syndrome,pulmonary function,respiratory muscle strength and endurance test,has a significant effect on blood gas,and the safety index of observation showed that conventional treatment combined with abdominal acupuncture and no obvious side effects,showed that respiratory muscle fatigue of abdominal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of AECOPD is safe and effective.2.Through the observation of abdominal acupuncture on treatment of AECOPD,shows that the scheme has the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the treatment effect is obviously better than simple western medicine program,which shows that the Chinese medicine treatment methods have broad prospects for the treatment of AECOPD. |
