Objective To investigate the effect of walking training under the guidance of exercise intensity based on 6 MWT on AECOPD exercise ability.the aim is to evaluate the safety of exercise training on lung rehabilitation in AECOPD patients and the effect of exercise intensity prescription based on 6 MWT on lung rehabilitation treatment in AECOPD patients. Methods 78 AECOPD patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were selected as the data.According to the random number method, the above research data were divided into two groups,38 cases in the trial group and 40 cases in the control group;among them, the control group:only clinical symptomatic treatment and routine nursing;the trial group:on the basis of the control group,80%(six minutes walking distance ÷6)*prescription time was used as exercise intensity to formulate exercise prescriptions to guide patients’ exercise training, from the second day of admission to the hospital until the patient was discharged.the changes of pulmonary function(FEV1%predictive value,FEV1/FVC),daily activity ability(6 MWD),degree of dyspnea score(mMRC),health-related quality of life(SGRQ)and length of stay were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results 1.After early walking exercise training, the 6MWD level(304.37±45.92)m of exercise group and 6MWD(224.21±46.25)m before training,6MWD(254.08±57.67)m of control group were significantly different(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of dyspnea degree(1.74±0.50)between exercise group and pre-test(3.26±0.86)and control group(2.10±0.55)(P<0.05);The SGRQ score(39.18±4.08)of exercise group was significantly different from that of control group(42.78±3.78)and pre-test(54.71±4.79)(P<0.05);The FEV1%pred(44.57±6.54)and FEV1/FVC%(44.57±5.99)of exercise group were significantly different from those before training FEV1%pred(39.32±6.92)and FEV1/FVC%(42.00±6.07)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group FEV1%pred(42.68±6.65)and FEV1/FVC%(44.48±6.09).2、AECOPD patients in the whole early walking exercise training without adverse events, did not aggravate systemic inflammation,is safe and feasible. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to train on foot under the guidance of 6MWT-based exercise intensity-based personalized exercise prescription, which can improve the lung function and activity ability of AECOPD patients, improve the quality of life of patients and shorten the hospitalization time.
