Object:To observe the effectiveness and safety of "penetrating swall owing acupuncture" and common acupuncture in the treatment of dyspha gia after stroke in patients with pseudobulbar palsy to seek more effecti ve clinical acupuncture treatment for dysphagia.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table:penetrating swallowing acupuncture treatment group and normal acupuncture control group,30 patients in each group.The Patients in treatment group were treated with bilateral hypochial bone(1,2)acupoints using penetrating swallowing acupuncture.The treatment was performed once a day.After 6 days of continuous treatment,take a day off.A total of 4 courses were treated.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and the treatment course was the same as the treatment group.Patients in each group were evaluated before the treatment,2 weeks after the treatment,and 4 weeks after the treatment,the drinking capacity was evaluated using the Putian drinking water test scale.The appraisal of the appraisal of the swallowing disorders scale of Ichijitaka Fujishima's appetite;the swallowing function grading scale was used to evaluate both the drinking water and the eating.After the four courses of treatment,all the data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67%in the penetrating swallowing acupuncture group,and the total effective rate was 76.67%in the general acupuncture group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)in the efficacy analysis.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of the evaluation scales were analyzed after data analysis:The potability scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The group is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group;Both of Fujio Ichiro's swallowing disorder scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The penetration and swallowing acupuncture group was superior to the common acupuncture group.The scores of swallowing function grades in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the penetration aspiration acupuncture group was superior to the normal acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Penetrating swallowing acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with pseudobul bar paralysis after stroke;2.Compared with ordinary acupuncture treatment,the clinical effica cy of the transthoracic swallowing acupuncture is better.
