Object:To observe the clinical efficacy of penetrating swallowing acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of true bulbar palsy and dysphagia after Acute cerebral infarction, and to prove the feasibility of the treatment of the disease by the penetrating swallowing acupuncture method, and provide new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment. Methods: Sixty patients with acute medullary paralysis after acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and swallowing acupuncture, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Contrast observation of the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment of Putian drinking water test, oral feeding function score, swallowing angiography to detec t the start of swallowing reflex, the passage time of swallowing, the evaluation of swallowing function.Result1.Comparative observation of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of the Putian drinking test and oral feeding function scores, the two groups were significantly improved(P <0.05);compared,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Contrast observation of the start time of swallowing reflex and the complete passage of the bolus in the swallowing angiography before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group. Both groups can improve the time of swallowing and the passage time of the bolus after acute cerebral infarction(P< 0.05);After comparison, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Thorough swallowing can improve the swallowing function of patients with true medullary paralysis after acute cerebral infarction. The clinical efficacy is significantly higher than that of the contr ol group.2.Thorough puncture and swallowing is a safe and effective treatment for acute medullary paralysis and dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction.
