The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Nourishing Kidney And Strengthening Spleen Combined With Point Application In Treating The Remission Stag Of Children Asthma

Research Purposes:Asthma is a common childhood sickness of lungs,it is recurring and hard to be cured. It greatly threat to the health of children. The clinical study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect in treating the Remission stag of children asthma by nourishing kidney, strengthening spleen combined with point application,which is by the observing on the the improvement of the occurrence frequency of bronchial asthma,the degree of asthma attact,the duration time of asthma, the frequency of respiratory infections, nose tickles, sneezing, running nose, complexion, appetite, spirit, faeces, the state of tongue, and so on.Research Method:In the study,60 patients that all accorded the diagnosis standard of the Remission stag of children asthma were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 patients. The two groups in age, sex, disease aspect was no significant difference (P>0.05), and had comparability. The treatment group was treated by nourishing kidney, strengthening spleen combined with point application. Meanwhile, the controlled group was treated by Pulmicort Turbuhaler. Two groups were both six-month observation period.At the end of the treatment, to compare the improvement in symptoms and signs Between the two groups.Results:1. Improvement of main symptoms,The treatment group had the advantage over the controlled group in the duration time of asthma and the frequency of respiratory infections, the differences between the two groups were statistical significance(P<0.05). But in the occurrence frequency of asthma and the degree of asthma, the therapeutic effect between the two groups was similar (P>0.05).2. In improvement of the secondary symptoms, the treatment group was better than the controlled group (P<0.05).3. At the end of the treatment, in the treatment group, control,markedly effective, effective, and ineffective cases, were respectively 5,16,7,0. Those in the controlled group were 3,9,15,2.The rate of control and markedly effective of the treatment group was 75%, the rate of the controlled group was 41.4%. the treatment group was superior to the controlled group(P<0.05).4. Improvement of TCM syndrome, the numbers of the cases that cured, markedly effective, improved and ineffective cases in the treatment group were 3,18,7,0. Those in the controlled group were 2,12,14,1.The rate of cured and markedly effective of the treatment group was 75% and the controlled group was 48.3%, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the controlled group.5. In the treatment and follow-up without side effects. Conclusion:Therefore, we considered that the method of nourishing kidney, enforcing spleen combined with point application in treating the Remission stag of children asthma was effective. It is worth clinical promotion.
