Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Acupoint Catgut Embedding And Acupuncture Based On The "Meridian Diagnostic"

Objective: This topic is based on "meridian diagnosis" acupoint buried line and point acupoint to treat primary dysmenorrhea,the oral administration of ibuprofen was taken as the control group,by comparing the clinical curative effect of two methods of treatment,objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of based on "meridian diagnosis" acupuncture catgut embedding and acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea,provides the reference for the promotion of this therapy.Methods: 70 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of meridians and collaterals 1 week before menstruation,the treatment group adopted the method of point point and acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of meridians and collaterals,that was to follow the meridians in the abdomen and extremities by pushing the Ren meridian,Dai meridian,Foot yangming stomach meridian and Foot sanyin meridian,then follow the venation and bladder along the lumbar back through the first lateral line,looking for acupoints with obvious positive reactions such as tenderness,streak or subcutaneous nodules,point this acupoints.Next,acupoint catgut embedding therapy wss mainly used to treat acupoints,which were the main points of the acupoints,such as Ciliao,Guan Yuan,Diji,SanYinjiao,and some acupoints with obvious positive reaction.The treatment group was treated once a menstrual cycle.Western medicine group of oral ibuprofen sustained release capsule,2 days before menstruation started oral,0.3g each time,twice a day,continuous to menstrual cramps can stop medicine,patients with severe pain dysmenorrhea can take to the third day of the menstrual period.One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment,and two groups were treated for three consecutive sessions.After the 3 course of treatment,the short-term curative effect was observed.After 3 months of cessation of treatment,the mid-long-term effect was followed up.The VAS score table and the standard table of dysmenorrhea score were used to score the dysmenorrhea,and the efficacy was determined by the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and two groups of clinical outcomes were compared.Results: After the 3 course of treatment,the two points in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the difference between the treatment group and before treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and before treatment(P > 0.05).In the treatment group,10 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 91.17%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,12 effective were effective,7 cases were invalid,the total effective was 78.79%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).9 cases were cured in the treatment group,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the cure rate was 91.17%.3 cases were cured in the control group,6 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 60.60%.The mid-long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Based on the "meridian diagnostic" acupoint catgut embedding and acupuncture can significantly relieve the abdominal pain,the short term and mid-long-effect is superior to the Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules group.(2)Before treatment,through the diagnosis of meridian,point press,finger knead positive reaction obvious acupoint,can distinguish the lesion meridian,stimulate the menstrual qi,can also alleviate the patient’s nervous mood.(3)Acupoint embedding is simple in operation,lasting in effect,less in treatment,no side effects,and worth promoting.(4)Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules has immediate analgesic effect and short maintenance time.The drug is easy to relapse after withdrawal,and has the side effects such as gastrointestinal damage,which is not suitable for long-term use.
