| Objective:Observation of the therapeutic effect of two plus dragon bone soup on perimenopausal syndrome caused by endocrine therapy in patients with breast cancer and the changes of quality of life and hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome after intervention of Chinese herbal medicine hope to provide ideas and references for clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer related perimenopausal syndrome.Methods: We collected 60 cases of breast cancer related perimenopausal syndrome from January 2016 to January 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine.60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group: the patients combined with oral Oryzanol Tablets 20 mg every time,Vit B1 10 mg each time,3 times daily routine treatment.2 weeks is a course of treatment.On the basis of endocrine treatment group: conventional treatment,combined with clinical experience of my tutor party two plus soup(granules or equivalent dose Decoction)treatment,drugs were provided by the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM,the specific formula is as follows: 15 g calcined calcined keel,oyster 15 g,Bai 10 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 25 g 6G 12 g,cassia twig,ophiopogon root,Ligustrum 15 g,Jiang Zhuru 10 g,the 15 g,10g of radix curcumae,Jujuboside 25 g,Polygala 10 g,fried kawatsure 3G,licorice 5G.The drugs were added and reduced with the evidence.Dosage: decocted in water or boiling water,two times a day,100 ml each time,once every 2 weeks for a course of treatment.Record the index of patients before and after treatment respectively,the observation indicators include the effect(refer to table Kupperman),the changes of quality of life(reference Karnofsky scores),the female hormone levels(E2,FSH),female tumor markers and safety indicators(adverse reactions such as blood routine,liver and kidney function and possible etc.),thus eachindex for statistical analysis,draw the conclusion.Results:(1)The efficacy index:According to the analysis of curative effect standard Kupperman symptom score,symptom score before treatment was 37.50.5.964 groups of patients after treatment,symptom score was 12.50 + 5.191,there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P < 0.01);the control group before treatment symptom score was 37.90 + 6.008,after the treatment of symptom score was20.50 + 6.684 compared with that before treatment,there was significant difference(P <0.01),the two group total score after treatment was decreased,indicating that two plus soup and oryzanol were effective to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms;comparison of Kupperman score of two groups of patients after treatment,no significant difference(P > 0.05),that between the two groups comparable;comparison score after treatment in two groups,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that two plus Longgu Decoction on clinical symptoms,the effect is better than that of oryzanol.(2)The quality of life: The Karnofsky scores before treatment in the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable;the two groups were compared within the two groups: treatment group before and after treatment quality of life comparison,P <0.01,the difference was statistically significant;The quality of life before and after treatment in the control group was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It was demonstrated that the Erjia Longgu Decoction group and oryzanol group were all effective in improving the quality of life of patients.After treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Show two plus soup group to improve the life quality of patients is more effective than oryzanol.(3)Hormone levels:Before and after treatment,the levels of E2 and FSH in the two groups were compared: P>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that there was no significant change in E2 and FSH levels before and after treatment between the two groups.The difference between the two groups aftertreatment was P>0.05.There was no statistical significance,indicating that the effects of Erjia Longgu Decoction and Oryzanol on female hormone levels were not significant.(4)The safety index: the treatment group and the control of blood,liver and kidney function and ECG group before and after treatment were not significantly changed(P >0.05),two groups of patients with tumor markers CA153,CA125,P>0.05 before treatment,there were no significant differences,indicating that the two groups were comparable.The two groups before and after treatment: by statistical analysis,P>0.05,no significant difference;between the two groups after treatment: by statistical analysis,P>0.05,no significant difference,show the effect of two plus soup and oryzanol on tumor markers were not obvious.Conclusion:For breast cancer related perimenopausal syndrome patients,the medicine two plus keel decoction,can significantly improve patients with hot flashes sweating,palpitation and insomnia,fatigue and depression,irritability and other symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,has significant curative effect on improving the quality of life of patients,while two plus soup has no obvious effect on the the estrogen level and tumor marker levels,no significant adverse reactions of patients. |
