| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Qinggan Paste applied to Yongquan point in the treatment of breast cancer patients with perimenopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy.The clinical effectiveness and safety of post-menopausal syndrome and its influence on patients’ emotional status,TCM symptoms and signs,quality of life and other related indicators are comprehensive for the perimenopausal syndrome that occurs after clinical treatment of breast cancer and endocrine therapy.Levy provides a new way of thinking.Methods:The research cases of this subject were collected from the Department of Oncology and Breast Cancer Clinic and ward of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to February 2021.The subjects included are breast cancers with clear pathological diagnosis.Currently 60 patients have been received endocrine therapy and developed perimenopausal syndrome after receiving endocrine therapy.TCM dialectically belong to 60 patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency.The 60 patients were divided into 30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group.The test group was treated with Yishen Qinggan paste externally applied to Yongquan point,and the control group was given placebo wheat bran patch externally applied to Yongquan point.Both the control group and the test group selected 14 days as a course of treatment,and planned treatment for 2 courses(28 days).Observe the changes of patients before and after the study in clinical symptoms,quality of life,physical strength,serum tumor marker levels,etc.,evaluate whether the patch has potential safety hazards,and establish a corresponding database to complete statistical analysis.Results:1.Main symptom evaluation(modified Kupperman symptom)score comparison:single symptom comparison between groups:significant statistical difference between test group and control group after treatment(P<0.01),intra-group comparison:no statistics in control group after treatment Difference(P>0.05),the test group has a significant statistical difference(P<0.01);the total score between the groups:the two groups have a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the group comparison:the control group uses a placebo external application.There was no statistical difference in the total score of patients at Quan acupoint after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and the experimental group of patients using Yishen Qinggan Paste had a significant statistical difference after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01).2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:There were 30 patients in the experimental group who applied external application of Yishen Qinggan paste to Yongquan point,and the clinical remission rate reached 90%;30 patients in the control group who applied placebo to Yongquan point externally,the clinical remission rate reached 20%.The clinical remission rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01).3.Comparison of depression and anxiety scores:The depression and anxiety of the patients in the control group who used a placebo to apply Yongquan acupoint were not significantly different after treatment(P>0.05).The depression and anxiety of the patients in the trial group who used Yishen Qinggan Paste There was a significant statistical difference between emotional treatment and before treatment(P<0.01).4.Quality of life comparison:comparison between groups:the test group and the control group are comparable before treatment(P>0.05),and the test group and the control group after treatment have significant statistical differences(P<0.01);intra-group comparison:the control group after treatment There were no statistically significant differences in the scores and total scores of the patients in each dimension(P>0.05),and the scores and total scores of the patients in the test group increased,and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01).5.KPS physical performance comparison:comparison between groups:the test group and the control group are comparable before treatment(P>0.05),and the test group and the control group after treatment have significant statistical differences(P<0.01);intra-group comparison:control after treatment There was no statistical difference in the physical fitness scores of the patients in the group(P>0.05),and the physical fitness scores of the patients in the test group were statistically different(P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum tumor markers:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).7.Comparison of safety indicators:There was no statistical difference between the test group and the control group in blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yishen Qinggan Paste applied externally at Yongquan point to treat patients with perimenopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer.It is effective in reducing the adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy drugs,reducing the clinical symptoms of patients,regulating the mood of the patients,and improving the quality of life.,It has obvious advantages in further improving the tolerance and compliance of patients to endocrine therapy,and it also has a certain effect on improving the physical status of patients.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the entire study process,so safety has a good guarantee.Further research and promotion in the clinic. |
