| Objectives Strengthening the theoretical research and practical exploration of Chinese herbal paste can not only enrich and perfect the theoretical results of TCM paste,promote the clinical experience of Chinese medicine cream formula,but also indirectly inherit and carry forward the Chinese medicine culture.The existing research,the theory and practice of sub-health state with Chinese medicine cream formula is increasing,expanding the scope of clinical application and presents special characteristics.However,the use of Chinese herbal paste sub-health syndromes research is relatively.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to strengthen the syndrome differentiation of sub-health status with Chinese medicine cream formula.Methods Comparative study.Compared with western medicine treatment of sub-health state,Chinese medicine cream formula pays more attention to individual differences,and truly achieve the "three factors",with the development of modern Chinese medicine trend,so wide attention and favor of the public.Literature research method.In the process of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cream paste in the outpatient department,Zhou always adhered to the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and the theory of constitution of TCM as the diagnostic criteria,and explored and analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of sub-health.He believes that the sub-health status of the disease mainly in the "lung,spleen and kidney".In the sub-health state of the treatment,he always adhered to the spirit of both "yin and Yang" principle,and put forward the conception of "lung and spleen deficiency syndrome" in clinical practice,and gradually formed his own experience prescription of soup of nourishing spleen and lung.Medical statistics.The medical statistics method was used to analyze 202 outpatient creams of Zhou’s clinic,mainly includes gender structure,age structure and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.Case study method.Through the selection of the main syndrome type of typical cases,to explain the prescription rule,the characteristics of medication and the principle of diagnosis and treatment and the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of Dayong Zhou.Results The results showed that:(1)the patients were mainly female,and the sex ratio was about 4:6;(2)the patient had a larger age span,the minimum age of 15 years,and the maximum age of 92 years,among which the majority was 40~60 years old,accounting for 50.99%;(3)involving a total of 210 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese medicine general use frequency of 6087 times;a single prescription cream flavor number in 16 to 38 taste;paste dose minimum 3200 g,maximum 10000g;involving 12 kinds of high-frequency Chinese medicine,accounting for 5.71%;58 commonly used Chinese medicine,accounting for 28.71%;the concentration of cream prescription interval is 5500g~7500g,accounting for about 70%(69.31%);(4)Clinical evidence shows that Chinese medicine cream formula has a positive clinical effect on the treatment of sub-health state,the clinical efficiency was 100%.Conclusion Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and constitution theory,and combined with 202 cases of cream prescription in Zhou’s clinic,a syndrome differentiation model for regulating sub-health state was established:(1)according to the theory of syndrome differentiation of TCM,the sub-health state is divided into 17 kinds,such as spleen liver,heart and spleen two deficiency,blood deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency,spleen and lung qi deficiency and so on;(2)according to the constitution theory,the sub-health state is divided into two types: deficiency syndrome and deficiency and excess syndrome.The classification results show that:(1)Mr Zhou division outpatient clinic with spleen kidney yang deficiency,spleen deficiency and Qi deficiency of spleen and lung type 3 syndrome type three,accounted for 54.46%;(2)deficiency syndrome 153 cases,accounting for 75.74%;49 cases of deficiency and excess mixed type,accounting for 24.26%. |
