Objection:Retrospective analysis between papillary thyroid carcinoma combined papillary thyroid carcinoma with papillary thyroid carcinoma in clinical manifestation, gendee, age, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, mulifocality and prognosis. It can give a hand for precaution of clinical disease.Material and Methods:we retrospectively analyzed 187 cases of solitary papillary thyroid carcinoma that received surgical treatment and the results were pathologically confirmed as well in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from January 1,2014 to January 1,2017.37 Of the total cases were Hashimotos thyroiditis combined papillary thyroid carcinoma(Group A),150 Of the total cases were papillary thyroid cancer(Group B).Gruop A with age range 23-61 years old, mean age 37.Gruop B with age range 25-78 years old, mean age 45.Results:In group A there were 35 female patients and 2 male patients. In group B there were 37 female patients and 113 male patients. The difference in gender between A and B metastasis is statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,patients age is 23-61,and average age is 37.In group B,patients age is 25-78,and average age is 45.The difference in age between A and B metastasis is statistically significant(P<0.05).There wre more patients have lymph node metastasis in group B,and the difference wsa significant statistically.Comclusion:Compared with PTC,The female patients in PTC-HT group were more, and the postoperative pathological stage was earlier, the maximum tumor diameter was small, suggestd that the combination of HT did not increase the invasion of the tumor, and the prognosis was better.
