The Establishment Of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire In Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective The establishment of Knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire in Patients with Lumbar disc herniation,Checking the validity of the questionnaire.To know the patients'understanding of the disease,rehabilitation activities and other measures.To provide relevant rehabilitation knowledge and precautions to do the theoretical basis for the patients.Methods(1)Checking the treatment and nursing related information of lumbar disc herniation,to understand the latest research progress at home and abroad.The use of qualitative research.Interview with patients with lumbar disc herniation in spine surgery in a top three hospital in Hunan province.Using the purpose of sampling method,During about a month,25 patients were interviewed.Clinical data were collected using semi-structured interviews,recording relevant key knowledge and patient questions,the nursing and treatment of the disease,care attitude and rehabilitation behavior in the daily life.Combined with clinicians point of view the initial establishment of the questionnaire framework.(2)The initial formation of lumbar disc herniation patients Knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire,30patients were pre-surveyed,the results of the summary,the comments on the feedback and screening.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the two questionnaires of two Grade A hospitals in Changsha City of Hunan Province and two patients in Grade 2 Hospital of Henan Province during nine months.The questionnaire210 was collected and the data was analyzed by statistical analysis.The discriminant analysis was carried out by discriminant analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,discretization analysis,Kronbach,s(H)coefficient analysis,principal component factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis.The final outcome was combined with expert opinion to determine Knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation.(3)Collecting data again,the statistical software SPSS17.0 on the data reliability and validity testing.Results After screening the entries,the final questionnaire was retained in a total of three dimensions of 30 entries.The disease-related knowledge dimension of patients with lumbar disc herniation had 16entries,6 dimensions of attitudes,8 dimensions of behavior dimension.(1)reliability:The Cronbach coefficient is 0.712,the Cronbach of the knowledge dimension is 0.615,the Cronbach of the attitude dimension is0.847,the Cronbach of the behavior dimension,the coefficient of the coefficient is 0.808.The weight of the questionnaire was 0.819(P<0.01).(2)Validity:content validity,the minimum content of each entry is 0.86,the total level of the content level of validity 0.967.structural validity,analysis of KMO=0.698,Bartlett spherical test was X~2=1989.826,df=166 P=0.00(P<0.01),the results reached a significant level,suitable for factor analysis.Principal component factor analysis,rotation after the matrix proposed 10 common factors,the cumulative contribution rate of68.484%.Conclusion In this study,the results of establishment Knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation and reliability,validity of questionnaire were consistent with the requirements.Lumbar disc herniation of patients have a certain understanding about the rehabilitation knowledge,the attitude of treatment and care,exercise behavior of the disease,according to the patient's own situation varies.Health care workers working at the clinical should strengthen their education in this area to alleviate the deep impact of the disease on the body.
