The Digital And Quantitiative Trait Research Of Parameters Of Pulse Wave And Synthesis Of The Four Diagnostic Methods In Essential Hypertension Patients

OBJECTIVE:Collecting four diagnostic information of essential hypertension patients based on Traditional Chinese Medicine of four diagnosis auxiliary apparatus,and to statistic analysis of the characteristics of parameters of pulse wave and tongue diagnosis,inspection,doctors visits,listening and smelling parameter characteristics,through the comparative analysis about related information with healthy people,to get the distinctive features of four diagnostic information of essential hypertension patients;Applications the clinical prescription and syndrome type and Suggestions given by Traditional Chinese Medicine of four diagnosis auxiliary apparatus on 32 patients with primary hypertension patients,and to compare analysis with commonly used drugs for hypertension in clinical prevention,providing theoretical guidance of early diagnosis and treatment for essential hypertension patients.METHODS:Choose 32(male 15,female 17)cases of diagnosed essential hypertension patients in June 2012 to June 2013 in Beijing An-Zhen hospital and Beijing peopled hospital outpatient and hospitalization,as a group and age from 55 to 75.Recruit 29(male 13,female 16)cases of healthy adult volunteers as another control group,and age from 45 to 65.Using TCM four diagnosis auxiliary apparatus and tape measure to acquisition of the two groups left radial artery pulse information and the length of blood vessel from aorta to radial artery,to calculation parameters of pulse wave and pulse wave conduction velocity,adopts the methods of statistical analysis of variance and Pearson correlation to comparison analysis the two groups and the correlation analysis of the parameters.RESULTS:(1)Compared with the healthy control group,hypertension group of PWV is relatively high,and there are significant differences(P<0.05).The pulse condition in hypertension group is in the majority of repid and string pulse;(2)The height of Tidal wave(HDD’)in hypertension group was obviously higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05),the height of dicrotic wave(HFF’)is lower than the healthy controls(P<0.05),B and D wave duration were lower than that of healthy controls,and significant differences(P<0.05).On the pulse diagram show is up a steep,tidal wave,early heavy beat wave height decreased;(3)According to the analysis of tongue diagnosis,hypertension group with an increase number of dark purple tongue,thin moss occurrences is reduced,the number of yellow moss increased,and the proportion of fat and big tongue increased(P<0.05);(4)In inquiry outcomes,Dizziness,heart palpitations,shortness of breath symptoms in hypertension group is obvious(P<0.05),peripheral circulation caused by cold limbs also have increased(P<0.05),Insomnia phenomenon obviously increased,and the symptoms of constipation,urinary red also have increased significantly,P values<0.05;(5)Synthesis of the four diagnostic methods showed that the clinical pattern of syndrome in hypertension group is given priority to liver Yang syndrone,liver and kidney Yin deficiency and phlegm wet block,the outcomes of module gives the corresponding suggestion prescription,in accordance with the clinical commonly used treatment agent.CONCLUSION:The pulse wave parameters of patients with essential hypertension patients have some characteristics,in this study,mainly for the following,four diagnostic and results conform to the Chinese medicine dialectical treats the clinical prescription.Mainly includes:(1)High blood pressure inpatients with vascular stiffness increases,compliance,hemal wall to reduce the blood pressure’s buffering capacity;(2)The diagnosis information of tongue shows as:the most tongue coller is dark purple tongue,the most moss color is yellow moss,the coating nature is normal,in conformity with the majority in clinical liver Yang syndrone;(3)Type in hypertension group can be divided into hyperactivity of liver-yang;kidney essence deficiency;Phlegm turbidity resistance and deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin In the majority with liver Yang syndrone type,may be related to the pressure of life in today’ s society,or measured older crowd.
