Objective:To verify and widen the understanding of the therapeutic effect and safety of Xinling pills for coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome).Methods:The cases were selected from April 2015 to November 2015 Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)treated in the cardiology subject.All the 60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group,through random,double-blind and placebo parallel control,30 cases in the treatment group,and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Xinling pills,2 pills once,3 times a day.The control group was given Xinling pills simulation agent,2 pills once,3 times a day.All the cases were treated 4 weeks.The changes of ECG,TCM syndrome,symptoms of angina,and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment.SPSS was used to analyze its efficacy and safety.Results:1.The difference between 2 groups in angina single integral,in the efficacy and integration of TCM symptoms after treatment,have statistical significance,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The improvement of ECG between 2 groups has statistical significance,the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The improvement of Hs-CRP between 2 groups has no statistical significance,the treatment group was not better than the control group.4.Both groups have no significant difference on safety index before and after treatment compared.Conclusion:1.Xinling pills can significantly improve TCM symptoms in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome).2.The improvement of ECG in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome have difference.3.Xinling pills can not improve Hs-CRP index in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome).4.During the study,Xinling pills did not cause ALT,AST,Cr and BUN index abnormal.
