Study On The Change Of Ang-2 And ANGPTL2 In The Synovial And The Effect Of Wenjing Qinghua Principle

Objective To research the Effects on angiopoietin-2、angiopoietin-like proteins-2 in the synovial by Wenjing Qinghua drug in the Rats with Collagen-Inducing Arthritis.and to discuss the effect mechanism.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into molding group and normal control group(n=10).Rats of molding group were injected BC Ⅱ(BC Ⅱ)emulsion in the tail and neck back to establish CIA model.The succeeded CIA rats were randomly divided into three groups,those were Wenjing Qinghua drug group,MTX group,model group.After 30 days,apply real-time real time PCR detection rat knee joint synovial Ang-2 mRNA,ANGPTL2 mRNA expression.Results ①The result of foot swelling showed that,compared with normal group,the foot swelling in model group of rats were increased obviously(P<0.01).The foot swelling eased significantly in Chinese herbs group and MTX group compared with model group(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance between Chinese herbs group and MTX group(P>0.05).The foot swelling also eased significantly in Chinese herbs group and MTX group after treatment(P<0.01).②Wenjing Qinghua drug and methotrexate group rats synovial Ang-2 mrna expression level,ANGPTL2mRNA were lower than that of model group(P<0.05),compared with methotrexate group differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion the Wenjing Qinghua drug can significantly inhibit the CIA rats synovial Ang-2 mRNA,ANGPTL2mRNA expression,thereby Suppressing pannus formation and treatment of the role of the CIA.
