The serum concentration of Ang-2and receptor Tie-2tended to increase with the development of tumor. The concentration of Ang-2was closely correlated with N stages(P<0.05).There was significantly difference amonge Ang-2and receptor Tie-2concentration between tumor metastasis and nonmetastasis group. Moreover,it was observed that the Ang-1/Ang-2ratio was statistically different in T stagesã€N stages and clinical stages(P<0.05). Conclusions:Ang-1ã€Ang-2and receptor Tie-2may play an important role in the progress of NPC,and may have a close relationship with the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Nasopharygesl carcinoma, Angiopoietin-1, Angiopoietin-2, Receptor Tie-2 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
