The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome Of OLP By Combined The Modified Xiao-yao Powder In Decoction With Western Medicine To Local Application

Objective: Observing the clinical effects of the modified Xiao-yao Powder in decoction combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste and vitamin AD drops to local application on stagnation of liver qi syndrome of OLP,preliminarily exploreing the mechanism of Xiao-yao Powder in the treatment of oral lichen planus to provide theoretical basis for clinical application of Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of oral lichen planus,as well as to provide a reasonable program for the treatment of oral lichen planus,blocking the progress of the disease and the developm ent to oral cancer,to alleviate the suffering of patients at the greatest extent and improve the prognosis.Methods: Selected patients from March 2015 to March 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Stomatology clinic mucosa that were recruited OLP patients with liver Qi stagnation.74 out-patients according with the diagnostic criteria of liver qi stagnation type of oral lichen planus were randomly divided into control group and treatment Group of 37 cases.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao Powder as the basic prescription and tr-iamcinolone acetonide dental paste with vitamin AD drops for external use,while the control group was treated only with Western Medicine.15 days is one course of the aboved treatment,3 courses later,the symptom scores before and after the treatment of all patients were observed to assess the treatment effect.After 6 months of withdrawal,the recurrence rate was determine d.Adverse drug reactions were observed during the course of medication,and three rou-tines,liver and kidney functions were examined after withdrawal.Result:1.After reatment,the clinical symptoms and sign score of both treatment and concrol group are significantly lower than those before treatment(symptoms P<0.01,sign P<0.05),indicating that the two methods are effective for the treatment of oral lichen planus.2.Compared the symptoms and signs score between the treatment and the control group after drug withdrawal,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group is 68.57%,and that of the control group is31.43%,and the difference isstatistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of thetreatme-nt group is significantly better than that of the control group.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group is 9.38%,and that of the control group is 30.77%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.4.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group.indicating that Xiaoyaosan oral decoction and triamcinolone acetonide dental paste,vitamin AD drops of topical inunction treatment of OLP is safe,without side reaction.Conclusions:The effect of combination of modified Xiao-yao-podwer in decoction with western medical therapies has a remarkable curative effect,which is worth clinical application.
