| Specialty:TCM of Ophthalmology,otorhino laryngology and stomatologyAuthor:Zhou YangTutor:Chen JianlinObjectiveLichen planus(LP) is an unexplained skin - mucosa disease abnormal keratosis.Skin and mucous membrane at the same time,individually or in the incidence.Oral lesions,also known as oral lichen planus(OLP),is a common disease of oral mucosa,the disease occurs in middle-aged women,the incidence symmetric parts,the rate of a certain cancer.Modern medicine there is no clearly effective therapy,therapeutic use of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents,although the condition can ease,but poor efficacy after repeated use,and difficult to cure.Traditional Chinese medicine,liver depression,in the pathogenesis of OLP play a leading role.Chinese medicine treatment of OLP have a broad prospect.Long-term clinical studies have proved that Chinese medicine can not only improve local symptoms of OLP,but also can regulate immune function,improve symptoms,which has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad,and foreign scholars have already started on the application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of OLP clinical research,this area of research in Taiwan due to the lack of rigorous scientific research design and objective evaluation of recognized standards,resulting in medical treatment in OLP has not achieved the results of research breakthroughs and more difficult to be recognized. This study was designed to observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for oral lichen planus patients to explore the treatment of oral lichen planus stone soup mechanism for the clinical use of the treatment of oral lichen planus stone soup to provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of oral lichen Optimization of moss to provide a reasonable program.MethodIn accordance with the Western diagnostic criteria(National mucosa forum the first time in 1978 standards) and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic reference syndrome(see Xiong by the editor in chief of "Chinese medicine otorhinolaryngology articulate practical science," 2001,Shanghai Science and Technology Press),2007 4 -2009 on-year in April in line with the standards included in 60 cases of oral lichen planus patients treated in accordance with the order randomly divided into treatment group(Chlorhexidine mouthwash gargle + using stone soup),the control group(Chlorhexidine mouthwash gargle) the two groups of patients in terras of gender,age,course of statistical analysis,etc.After processing,the differences were not significant(P＞0.05),before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and signs of improvement. All data taken SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software,including the use of count data line X2 test,measurement data using mean±standard values that the use of t test.ResultsTwo groups of patients two weeks after treatment,before and after the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement.Treatment group and control group the total effective rate of comparison,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The effect of treatment group than the control group,and the implementation of medication compliance,the treatment group than in the control group were significantly different.Before and after treatment,the safety of the two groups no significant changes in the course of treatment had no obvious adverse reactions.ConcIusionIn this study,the use of strict clinical design,stone soup to explore the mechanism of its efficacy.OLP to seek treatment for the safe and effective methods and prescriptions of Chinese medicine approach to the treatment of OLP lay the foundation for international recognition,but also to carry out the purpose of this study.The use of stone soup + chlorhexidine mouthwash for 30 cases of oral lichen planus patients with clinical observation,results showed that the effect of the total effective rate was 90.00%,of which 40.00% cure rate,the more significant rate of 30.00 percent,20.00 percent efficient, and traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of high compliance, safety,good.In clinical applications,stone soup with no side-related adverse reactions,we can see the application of its clinical safety.Therefore, the use of stone soup + Chlorhexidine mouthwash in the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment programs may be clinically effective means of oral lichen planus. |
