The Effect Of Huo Xue And Tong Luo Dection On Expression Of TNF-α、bFGF In The Process Of SANFH Model Rabbit

Objective:To research the nosogenesis by ChengDU University and Traditional Chinese Medicine experiential recipe to prevent steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head through invigorate the circulation of blood and nourish kidney by HuoXUE and TongLuo decoction.At the same time,to research the related TNF-α、bFGF。In this way,we can offer a reference frame to reduce this disease and relief patient’s pain。Methods:192 rabbits were selected,after feed 1 weeks,they were divided into A(48)model group、B(48)model group 、C(48)model control group、D(48)blank group 4 groups.A model group were fed with herb fodder since the second week,B model group began modeling since the third week,C、D model group were fed with ordinary fodder,A、B、C group began modeling since the third week.C、D group were fed with ordinary fodder.Then A、B、C、D group at the end of the second、the fifth、the eight week randomly selected 8 rabbits,bilateral femoral head specimens,at the same time,draw rabbit ear vein blood.Finally,estimate TNF-α、bFGF.Results:Through the general situation of 192 rabbits,As the experiment proceeds,A、B、C group movement、diet、defecation were become worse gradually,D group with no obvious change.Optical microscope reflects that A group with more angiogenesis,and with less fat cells 、 more osteolasts.B 、 C groups with less angiogenesis,with more fat cells,more osteoclast.At the end of the eight week,D group less than A、B、C group,P<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.A、B group less than C group,P<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.A group less than B group,P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.At the end of the 8 week,D group more than A、B、C group,P<0.01,the difference has statistical significance,A、B group more than C group,P<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.A group more than B group,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion: 1、According to the previous research results and this research,Huoxue and TongLuo decoction not only can treat femoral head necrosis which induced by hormone,but also can prevent femoral head necrosis.2、Huoxue and TongLuo decoction can monitor TNF-α、b FGF related factor which can reduce femoral head necrosis.3、Hormone is one of the important factor which induce femoral head necrosis.4、This research can offer a reference resources which use hormone to treat disease.
