The Clinical Research Of Yishen Huoxue Gumibao Decoction On Early-middle Stage Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head(ANFH)

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect by Yishen Huoxue GuMiBao Decotion in the treatment of early-middle stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) by a clinical randomized controlled trial. To provide the clinical evidence for that cloud relieve pain, improve hip function, promote repair, and slow down collapsing.[Methods] Among outpatient and inpatient treatment in Suzhou Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine41cases (49hips) were enrolled to the research, from February2011to March2012. The patients were divided into two groups by Simple randomization. The control group was treated with alendronate (Fosamax)70mg qw,8weeks, Meloxicam Capsules0.75mg qd,2weeks; the treatment group was treated with Yishen Huoxue GuMiBao Decotion, four weeks a course of treatment, every patient treated for at least one course of treatment. Harris hip score, pain visual analogue scale (Visual analogue Scales, VAS) and the reference to the ARCO(association research circulation osseous, ARCO) staging assessment of the radiological data staging.[Results]①The treatment group the end time follow-up Harris score for the first time by (73.58±10.02) up to (84.92±7.56), including pain score by (32.25±6.17) up to (38.67±5.06), functional score by (34.42±5.85) up to (39.00±3.66), deformity score by (3.67±1.13) up to (3.50±1.35), the range of motion score by (3.25±0.53) up to (3.75±0.53); VAS by (4.63±1.66) reduced to (2.64±1.50)(P<0.05), improvement rate for:37.20±33.78%.②The treatment group ARCO stage Ⅱ and ⅢA Harris hip score and VAS there were no statistically significant difference between the the control group (P>0.05). Comparison different type of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical and classification VAS score and Harris hip score there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).③Between The treatment group and control group in Harris score, pain score, deformity score, the range of motion score and VAS score, there was no statistically significant difference. The treatment group functional score increase (4.58±4.09) than those in the control group (1.48±4.50)(P<0.05).④The medical imaging findings treatment group stability23hips, aggravating2hips, of whom1hip surgery; The control group stable22hips, aggravating3hip, of whom1hip surgery.[Conclusions] The Yishen Huoxue GuMiBao Decotion treated the middle of early avascular necrosis femoral head have certain curative effect, alleviate pain, increase the range of motion, improve the quality of life of the patients, delay osteonecrosis collapse process.
