Study On Correlation Between TCM Constitution And Syndrome Of Recurrent Acne

ObjectiveBy means of the investigation included the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with recurrent acne and patients’ gender,diet,life is or not dense and so on.We can analyze its relationship with constitution of patients with recurrentacne,and the relationship betweeen constitution and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine acne patients.To analyze the role of constitution factor on the pathogenesis of recurrent acne,it enriches the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine theory of recurrent acne.MethodsThe clinic collected from 209 patients with recurrent acne,collected the basic information of the patients,and the factors and the pathogenesis of recurrent acne.Asking patients clinical syndrome and constitution for a long time.We can determine patients’ TCM syndrome and constitution type.ResultsThrough statistical analysis,the TCM constitution type patients with recurrent acne and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types is different totally;Compared different constitution types of TCMwith syndrome type distribution.there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The constitution types of recurrent acnepatients associated with gender(P<0.05);Recurrent acne patients constitution types and diet is no correlation(P>0.05);patients constitution types and stress level has no correlation(P>0.05).ConclusionThrough the observation of clinical cases of 209 patient with acne,The majority is constitution of Qi-deficiency(70 cases,34%),followed by constitution of Qi stagnation(46cases,22%),constitution of damp-heat(40 cases 19%),constitution of phlegmdampness(21 cases,10%),constitution of yang-deficiency(15 cases,7%),constitution of yin-deficiency(3 cases,1.43%),constitution of peace(10 cases,5%),constitution of allergic(2 cases,0.95%)and blood-stasis(2 cases,0.95 %),respectively.there are significantly correlation between gender and individual TCM syndrome types,for example gender and intestines and stomach syndrome of damp-heat,a name a few;The diat partial addicted and the physical tension is no correlation with constitution.
