Study On The Distribution Of TCM Constitution And The Influencing Factors In The Patients With Acne

Objective According to the constitution of TCM, there are plans and organizations to identify patients with acne. The questionnaire was used to investigate the influence factors and the effect of the acne patients and healthy people. Hangzhou Xiasha acne area "Chinese health care" to provide a clinical basis for.Methods In Zhejiang Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiasha school district medical center as the core, combined with dermatology clinic, screening with sample set of conditions, with reference to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine standard, physical identification of the object of study. The physical identification table is a template for the research center of Chinese medicine in Zhejiang. The group needs to answer all the questions in TCM constitution classification and decision table. Each question according to the 5 grade standard, calculate its original score and transformation, and according to the criteria of judging the constitution type, to understand the health of patients with acne. The questionnaire was used to investigate the effect factors and the effect of the acne patients and healthy people. By using chi square test to compare the difference between different groups, the influence factors of acne were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance, and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of the factors.Results Acne Chinese medicine constitution type in phlegm dampness constitution, damp matter and congestion matter, the ratio was 22.5%,17.8% and 16.9%, and healthy people compared statistically significant differences. The influencing factors of acne are genetic factors (yes), sleep quality (<6h), dietary preferences (fat), psychological factors (Jiao Lv), skin type (oil), female menstrual cycle (P), and their effects are sleep quality, skin type, genetic factor, psychological factor, dietary preference and female menstrual cycle (P< 0.05).Conclusion Physical type of phlegm dampness constitution, damp matter and congestion of people acne morbidity rate is higher, the acne patients and healthy people’s physical distribution exist significant differences. The influence factors and their effects are closely related to the pathogenesis of acne. Research type of constitution and influence factors for future acne "traditional Chinese medicine keeping in good health" and treatment provide clinical basis.
