Objective:To find the prescription law of lung cancer syndrome treatment of the famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Wang Xisheng in Shaanxi Province,to enrich the theory system of lung cancer differentiation and treatment with modern Chinese medicine,and to guide clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer in order to continuously improve the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Collect the provincial name of Wang Xisheng chief physician effective prescription for lung cancer treatment,with the latent structure model as the main excavation rule and characteristics of the combination of lung cancer treatment rule;reveal the combination of the core drug pairs and drug group;use factor analysis to extract the main categories of drugs and core drugs for treatment of lung cancer.In the end,decide things with drugs,distinguish the rules of Mr.Wang by analyzing drugs.Results:1.According to statistics,there are 304 prescriptions here including 137 Chinese herbs,and a total of 40 drugs with a frequency of application greater than 20 times,licorice removal.2.Latent structure model: The implicit structure model was built with Lantern 3.4 software,and the LTM-EAST algorithm was used.The Bayesian information criterion score was-3779.35.The intercepted variables were characterized by accumulated variables with a coverage rate of 95%.The results involved 33 variables.With the explicit variables,9 hidden variables such as Y0~Y8 are obtained.3 Association Rules: A total of76 association rules were extracted from 304 valid transactions.Minimum support:95.098%,Maximum support: 99.02%,Minimum confidence: 95.0%,Maximum confidence: 100.0%,Minimum increase: 1.003%,the maximum increase: 1.023%,of which 21 drugs of two-drugs,35 drugs of triple-drugs,20 drugs of quadruple-drugs.4Factor analysis:Factor analysis of 40 drugs with drug frequency greater than 20 times,the KMO statistic was 0.648,Kartlette’s chi-square was 3,590.71,the cumulative explained percentage of variation was 66.967%,and the selected load factor was ≥ 0.4,15 factors were obtained.Conclusion:According to the result of my research and consider the experience of clinical practice of Mr.Wang,now I give a conclusion of the rule of medicine use of lung cancer:1.The patients of lung cancer mainly show asthenia of both the spleen and kidney and deficiency of blood stasis;2.The treatment focuses on invigorating the spleen and townifying the kidney and relieving stasis and removing stasis;3.We use the invigorating the spleen and townifying the kidney method as the fundamental method,and set Huangqi,Dangshen,Baizhu,Yiyiren,Wozhu,Buguzhi,Gouqizi,Shanyurou and so on;4.Modification according to symptoms:When there is phlegm,use Zisuzi and Sangbaipi;Use Dugong and Xuduan when there is pain on the waist;Use Dugong and Quanxie for stasis;Use Maiya and Shenqu for spleen diseases and add Shanzha if there is also stasis.Use Baidoukou and Sharen for moist obstruction syndromes.Use Nvzhenzi,Jixueteg and Ejido for anaemia;Gualou and Juhong for phlegm;Chuanbeimu and Baibu for lung diseases;Tinglizi,Zhuling or Fuling for fluid retention stagnating in the interior;Pipaye and Sanqi for hemoptysis lung heat;Siwan and Chengxiang for deficiency of both the lung and kidney and when the situation is real bad,add Lingzhi.
