Objective: To explore the clinical effect of external treatment of AGA in patients with acute gouty arthritis by blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment for external application of arthritis. Methods: With randomly divided into 64 cases of damp heat type AGA were included in the standard into 2 groups. The treatment group and the control group were divided into 32 treatment groups. The treatment group was treated with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy and analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment, while the control group was treated with conventional oral Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets for 8 days. The visual analogue pain score, immediate analgesic effect,TCM symptom score, serum uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein were observed in two groups. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:1.The patients were included in the study. All the patients in the two groups were consistent and comparable at baseline(P>0.05).2.The effects of the two treatments on the clinical efficacy, analgesic effect,BUA,ESR and CRP levels and TCM syndrome score in patients with AGA:(1)The overall efficacy: the effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group, the control of the effective rate was 87.5%,the curative effect comparison between the two there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);(2)The analgesic effect: blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy in the immediate efficacy significant analgesic effects, which have significant difference(P< 0.05);VAS pain score of two groups after treatment are declining, comparing VAS scores before and after the treatment in the group had significant difference(P <0.05);Between group comparison: after 1 hour, two days later, four days after treatment between two groups of VAS pain score compared the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),VAS pain score after 6 days,8 days after comparing the two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05);Treatment group after 1 h ofVAS score treatment VAS score at 2 days compared with control group,no significant difference(P > 0.05),treatment group 2 days VAS score treatment 4 days VAS score compared with control group,no significant difference(P > 0.05);(3)The BUA level, inflammation index: two groups after treatment BUA,ESR and CRP in comparison with obvious difference(P < 0.05),after treatment between two groups HUA,ESR and CRP group is no significant difference(P > 0.05);(4)The TCM symptoms, comparison of the two groups after treatment group had significant difference(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two way there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy and the analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment and oral Loxoprofen sodium tablets in the treatment of syndrome AGA has curative effect;2.The blood-letting puncture combined with cupping therapy in terms of immediate analgesia effect significantly,blood-letting puncture combined with cupping and analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical treatment after 1 hour,2days later, four days later the analgesic effect of the oral Loxoprofen sodium tablets obvious;blood-letting puncture and analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical and oral Loxoprofen sodium in TCM symptoms, blood uric acid, inflammation indicators have improved. |
