Objective: A questionnaire survey on the pregnant women and medical personnel nutrition cognitive level are carried out. Then we observe whether GDM pregnant women with normal pregnant women to nutrition cognitive differences, and analyze the differences in nutrition will impact on their blood sugar. At the same time,by investigating and evaluating the nutrition cognition level of the pregnant medical staff, this paper studies whether there is a certain effect on blood glucose during pregnancy. Then the results of the survey are analyzed, and corresponding measures are taken to study whether the measures taken could help improve the blood glucose level of pregnant women. Methods: according to professional characteristics and the related data(pregnant women to nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire(PNKAPQ)),we design two questionnaires: "pregnant women to nutrition cognitive questionnaire" and "medical personnel prenatal nutrition cognition questionnaire".Based on this, the cognition of dietary and nutritional status of pregnant women and related medical staff was investigated. The content includes general material for the study subjects and various cognitive perspectives on dietary behavior during pregnancy.Statistical comparison is performed for pregnant women with normal pregnant women and GDM pregnant women, and the differences in blood glucose of pregnant women with different GDM are analyzed.By comparing the knowledge of doctors and nurses, this paper analyzes the changes of blood glucose index of pregnant women under the influence of different medical staff. Then Multivariate regression analysis is used to analyze the effects of nutrition cognition of pregnant women and medical staff on blood glucose during pregnancy. Finally, based on the research results,we take corresponding intervention measures and investigate the effect of the intervention. Results: The pregnant women for basic nutrition knowledge of cognitive level is not high, normal pregnant women to nutrition knowledge awareness of 48.92% on average, the basis of GDM pregnant women to nutrition knowledge the basis of the average witting rate is 45.55%.Normal pregnant women had a higher average knowledge of basic nutrition knowledge than GDM,p=0.026.The average knowledge of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is relatively high, reaching 50.99%.GDM pregnant women has a relatively low average awareness of GDM knowledge, only 46.07%.The average knowledge of gestational diabetes in pregnant women is significantly higher than that of GDM pregnant women,p=0.002.The average awareness rate of basic nutrition knowledge and GDM knowledge of different pregnant women with GDM is different.GDM pregnant women older than 35 years old in the knowledge awareness is significantly higher than the GDM pregnant women less than 35 years old,p=0.034,and the OGTT three blood sugar index is higher than the GDM pregnant women less than 35 years old,p=0.021;In terms of cultural level,GDM knowledge awareness rate of junior high school to junior college degree gradually increased,so its blood glucose index showed a gradual decrease trend.Professional categories, although the GDM knowledge of health related staff is higher than that of other occupations,p=0.013,but due to the sample quantity is less, its OGTT three blood sugar index has no difference with other professional category GDM pregnant women,p> 0.05;In terms of family monthly income,GDM pregnant women with monthly income from less than 5000 to more than 10000 have gradually increased their knowledge of GDM,and their blood glucose levels have gradually decreased, and the contrast difference is significant,p=0.038.Medical staff for the prenatal nutrition knowledge is relatively low,the average awareness rate of nutrition for pregnant women is 68.04%,while the nurses' average awareness rate of nutrition is 64.41%,doctors and nurses during pregnancy nutrition is no significant difference,p > 0.05.Medical staff for the GDM related knowledge is relatively high, the average awareness rate of is 86.98%,while the nurses' average awareness rate of GDM knowledge awareness is 77.23%,the doctors' average awareness of GDM knowledge is obviously higher than that of nurses,p=0.001.According to the results, the cognition level of doctor has certain effect on the blood glucose of pregnant women.Among them, the average awareness rate of basic nutrition knowledge of doctors with intermediate titles is the highest, then the vice senior title and primary title. The average awareness rate of GDM knowledge of the primary title doctors is relatively low,p=0.018.And the average knowledge rate of GDM knowledge of other doctors with other titles have no significant difference,p>0.05.The three blood sugar indexes of OGTT of the corresponding pregnant women are different. With the improvement of the doctor's job title, the three blood sugar indexes of OGTT of the guided pregnant women showed a decreasing trend, and there are significant differences in the comparison. The knowledge rate of basic nutrition knowledge of doctors with working years in 9~14 is the highest, the average awareness rate of doctors in 5~8 years is the second, and there is no significant difference between doctors with years of work over 15 years and less than 4 years,p>0.05.The average knowledge rate of GDM knowledge of doctors with a working life of less than 4 years is relatively low,p=0.015.The blood sugar levels of pregnant women guided by different working years are also different,p>0.05.But there is no significant difference in blood sugar levels among pregnant women under the guidance of doctors with different working years,p=0.067.There are differences in nutritional cognition level among nurses at different levels. With the increase of nurse title and extension of working years, the average awareness rate of basic nutrition knowledge and GDM knowledge during pregnancy are on the rise. The average cognitive rate of pregnant women after training has been improved in both the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge and the knowledge rate of GDM knowledge, and there are significant differences compared with those before the training,p=0.005.The average awareness rate of the medical staff after training has been improved in both the knowledge rate of nutrition knowledge and the knowledge rate of GDM knowledge, and there are significant differences compared with those before the training,p=0.037.The GDM knowledge rate after doctors training is higher than that of nurses, but GDM knowledge rate after nurse training has a better degree of improvement. There is no significant difference in the improvement of fasting blood glucose in pregnant women after training,p> 0.05,The postprandial 1H blood glucose and postprandial 2H blood sugar are obviously superior to those before the training, and there was a significant difference between them,p< 0.05.Conclusion: The awareness rate of maternal nutrition knowledge in pregnant women and GDM pregnant women generally needs to be improved, and there are also significant differences in blood sugar of GDM pregnant women of different ages, occupational categories and family monthly income. At the same time, the awareness rate of the maternity medical staff on pregnancy nutrition knowledge has a certain influence on the blood sugar level of pregnant women. The medical staff of different titles will also affect the blood glucose level of pregnant women, and there is a greater correlation between the two.Medical nutrition therapy for obstetric medical personnel plays a vital role in the management of blood sugar in pregnant women, and training should be increased in daily work.
