Analysis Of Common Cardiovascular Disease Death Characteristics And The Changing Trend Of Disease Burden Among Rural Areas Of Zhangwu And Fengcheng In Liaoning Province From 2009 To 2015

Objective: This study aimed to explore the death trend and the disease burden of Zhangwu and Fengcheng residents who suffered common cardiovascular diseases in rural areas of Liaoning Province.Therefore,we could identify the main cardiovascular diseases,and which people could threat seriously.Moreover,we could develop appropriate prevention strategies and measures for the government and the health departments,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases.Methods: The all-cause mortality data and the demographic data of Zhangwu and Fengcheng residents in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2015 were collected.In this study,mortality cause sequence,crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,years of life lost with premature death(YLL)and other indicators were calculated,in order that the mortality trend and the disease burden could be analyzed.Results: 1.The top three places of common cardiovascular diseases' mortality cause sequence are coronary heart disease,chronic rheumatic heart disease and hypertensive heart disease from 2009 to 2015.2.The crude mortality rate of common cardiovascular diseases in Zhangwu and Fengcheng was 141.73/100000,and the standardized mortality rate was 127.87/100000.The crude mortality rate of male was 149.00/100000,and the standardized mortality rate was 127.09/100000.The crude mortality rate of female was 134.23/100000,and the standardized mortality rate was 128.68/100000.The crude mortality rate increased with time.3.The YLL of common cardiovascular diseases in Zhangwu and Fengcheng from 2009 to 2015 was 100847.66 person-years.The YLL rate was 14.52‰,and the standardized YLL rate was 13.25‰.The AYLL was 10.24 person-years,and the standardized AYLL was 9.75 person-years.For male,the YLL was 56623.56 person-years,and YLL rate was 16.05‰.The standardized YLL rate was 14.20‰,AYLL was 10.78 person-years,and the standardized AYLL was 11.10 person-years.For female,the YLL was 44224.10 person-years,and YLL rate was 12.93‰.The standardized YLL rate was 12.25‰,AYLL was 9.63 person-years,and the standardized AYLL was 9.42 person-years.Male YLL,male YLL rate,total YLL and total YLL rate were positively correlated with time,while female YLL rate and AYLL were negatively correlated with time.The male standardized YLL rate,male AYLL,male standardized AYLL,female YLL,female YLL rate,female standardized AYLL,total standardized YLL rate,total AYLL and total standardized AYLL were not obvious with the years.Conclusions: 1.The top three places of common cardiovascular diseases' mortality cause sequence are coronary heart disease,chronic rheumatic heart disease and hypertensive heart disease in Zhangwu and Fengcheng.The standardized mortalit y rate of male is higher than that of female and the crude mortality rate increases with time.In addition,the age-standardized mortality in Zhangwu is higher than that in Fengcheng.2.The YLL,standardized YLL and standardized AYLL of male were higher t han those of female,caused by common cardiovascular diseases in Zhangwu and Fengcheng.The standardized YLL rate reached its highest level in 2011 and lowest in 2014.The standardized AYLL peaked in 2015 and the lowest in 2010.The standardized YLL rate o f Zhangwu was much higher than that of Fengcheng.
