Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and improvement of cerebral blood supply in the treatment of Cerical spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type(CSA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with CSA who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the simple random method was divided into acupotomy group and acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with monotherapy for 2 weeks. After treatment by "standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine","the cervical Vertigo symptom and Function assessment scale(Cerical Vertigo Symptoms and Function Evaluation Seale,ESCV)" rating,vertebral-basilar artery systolic Peak flow Velocity(Peak systolic Velo city,PSV),end-diastolic Velocity(End diastolic flow Veloci-ty,EDV),Mean blood flow Velocity,Mean Velocity,Vm),pulse Index(Pulsatility Index,PI),resistance Index(Resistant Index,RI)Evaluation of patient’s Symptoms and supplying the improvement. Results:Before treatment: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of gender, age, course of disease,ESCV score, and vertebral basic-basic-artery index(P>0.05),which was comparable. After the treatment:1.Total effective analysis; The total effective rate of acupotomy group was93.00%,and the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 83.33%.Both treatments were effective in improving CSA symptoms, and the total efficiency of acupotomy group was higher than that in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ESCV score: the scores of cervical vertigo symptom andfunctional assessment scale were improved in both groups, with significant difference(P < 0.05).The acupuncture group was higher than the acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCD measurement:(1)LVA comparison: the PSV,EDV and Vm values were significantly improved after the treatment of the acupotomy group, and the PI was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).RI reduction was not significant,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment of acupuncture group,PSV,EDV and Vm were significantly improved, and RI significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of PI was not obvious,no statistical significance(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)RVA comparison: after treatment, the PSV,EDV and Vm values were significantly improved, and the PI and RI significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)BA comparison: after treatment,PSV,EDV and Vm were significantly improved, and PI and RI significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the acupuncture group,PSV,EDV,Vm and PI were compared between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of RI was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupotomy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CSA patients and have more advantages than acupuncture;2.Acupotomy can effectively improve the ESCV integral of patients with CSA,and in the same treatment cycle, the acupotomy score was increased more than the acupuncture group;3.The effect of acupotomy on the improvement of cerebral blood supply is clear, which can significantly improve the arterial blood flow rate, improve the highresistance of blood flow, and have advantages over acupuncture.
