Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type Internal Heat Needle

Object:Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type is a common type of cervical spondylosis,accounts for about 20%-30%.Vertebral artery and the nerve, organization around it be oppressed or Feel stimulation,cervical vertebra begin to degeneration,intervertebral disc and joint ligament lesions,the neck muscle tension,leads to vertebral artery spasm,its pipe diameter stenosis,which leads to blood insufficient supply of the brain and the vestibular system and form the disease.Or the influence of neurotransmitters to vertebral artery,leads to blood insufficient supply abnormal and form the disease.Main clinical likes dizziness, headache,stiffness, pain and restricted movement of neck,blurred vision, memory loss and balance disorders.CSA belongs to the scope of vertigo in Traditional Chinese Medicine,its etiology and pathogenesis is liver and kidney deficiency,Qi and blood deficiency,brain empty,the spleen lost health delivery,and cold origin attack, weary internal injuries or fall servant damage,which leads to lack of nourishment of Officer and vein blood stasis resistance,and forms the disease.CSA has high incidence in middle-aged and old people,the incidence increased and onset age small year by year,which has a severe effect to the patient’s quality of life.So,to find the safe effective treatment of CSA has a realistic significance to improve the quality of people’s life and promote social harmony.Methods:This experiment divided 52 patients into internal heat needle group(treatment group) and warm acupuncture group(control group) randomly,who sees a doctor in the third hospital in wuhan city pain rehabilitation department from 2014.7 to 2014.12 and conforms to the diagnostic criteria.Each group has 26 cases.Internal heat needle group accepts treatment once every 10 days is one period,needs two periods of treatment.Warm acupuncture group accepts treatment everyday,10 day is one period,needs two periods of treatment.Results:(1)After the course,the total effective rate and the markedly effective rate of internal heat needle group is 100% and 93.30% respectively.The total effective rate and the markedly effective rate of warm acupuncture group is 88.46% and 65.38% respectively.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of two groups has no statistical significance(p>0.05),but the markedly effective rate of two groups has obvious statistical significance(p<0.05).Thus it can be seen,two methods are effective for treatment of CSA,and internal heat needle group is better.(2)On ESCV score,each group compared before and after treatment has obvious statistical significance.In improving index,internal heat needle group is 0.51±0.07,and warm acupuncture group is 0.39±0.05,two groups have significant differences(p<0.05),internal heat needle group’s symptoms improved more significantly.(3)The neck vascular color ultrasound show that,each group’s vertebral- base artery blood flow has a significant improvement after teatment.Compared two groups,the vertebral- base artery improvement of internal heat needle group is more obvious,which instructions internal heat needle group is better in improving the vertebral- base artery.Conclusions:Both internal heat needle group and warm acupuncture group is definite curative effect for CSA,can well improve the CSA all kinds of clinical symptoms,and increased blood flow of the vertebral-base artery.This study founds,the curative effection of internal heat needle group is better than warm acupuncture group,it can improve symptoms and blood supply of the vertebral- base artery more effectively.Show that internal heating is better than the curative effect of warm acupuncture needle,and internal heating treatment has advantages like stable curative effect,the rather long-term curative effect,the safe operation, small side effects,simple operation and cheap treatment.It should be widely used in the treatment of diseases in clinical various soft tissue injuries and bone diseases.
