Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Pain-relieving Rushen Decoction Combined With Infrared TDP In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Wound

Objective: By comparing the patients’ pain,edema,bleeding,anal distension,wound healing time and other aspects,to explore the clinical observation of Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with infrared TDP on mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with painkillers such as Zhitong Rushen Decoction fumigating and sitting bath,5-7min each time,twice a day,and infrared TDP irradiation,30 min each time,twice a day.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate sitting bath,5-7min each time,twice a day,and infrared radiation was given for 30 min each time,twice a day.Patients in the two groups were treated for 14 days,and the pain conditions on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 14 th days after medication were observed and recorded,as well as the scores of anal edema,bleeding,anal droop and wound area on the 1st,7th and 14 th days after medication.Follow-up was performed on the 28 th postoperative day.SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the data and draw statistical charts.Results: Results: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids completed the case study.(1)Comparison of general data of patients in the two groups: age,gender,course of disease,grade of hemorrhoids,etc,all P values were >0.05,showing no statistically significant difference,indicating comparability.(2)Comparison of treatment results between the two groups:(1)The wound healing was observed on the 7th,14 th and 21 st days,respectively.The wound healing rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The average healing time in the treatment group was 21.83±2.31 days,while that in the control group was 24.77±1.91 days,P< 0.05,and the healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.(2)Anal pain,edema,bleeding and anal distension were observed in the two groups on the 7th and14 th day.The complications in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during observation.Conclusion: Analgesic effect such as Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with infrared TDP is stronger than potassium permanganate in promoting wound healing,and has better prevention and treatment effect on postoperative complications including edema,pain,bleeding,anal distension and so on.
