| Objective:Based on TCM theory,from the aspects of the Liver and Lung,with Qi movement as the core theory,we investigated clinical effects of supervisor’s experienced formula in the treatment for Lung-Liver disharmony syndrome of children’s transient tic disorders.And through the evaluation to explore curative effect and discuss the feasibility and effectiveness for the treatment of children’s transient tic disorders.Methods:The first part: Based on TCM theory,by summarizing the clinical experiences in the treatment of children’s transient tic disorders from supervisor Yang Kun.From the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine of tic disorders,Children ’ s physiological characteristics,physical characteristics,TCM etiology of tic disorders,core pathogenesis,therapeutics of tic disorders,to clarify from Liver and Lung,two theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease,to improve the opinion that treating tic disorders should take Qi movement as the core.The second part is given priority to experimental research.Patients were collected from March 2016-November 2017 in the outpatient department of Yang Kun in Chengdu university of TCM affiliated hospital.And patients collected met the experimental diagnostic criteria.100 cases included.According to the principle of random control,thepatients were divided into two groups: the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).Treatment group was given supervisor ’ s experienced formula ChaiHuXuanBiTang orally while the control group were given western medicine Tiapride tablet for 4 weeks,and the scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0,and the difference of efficacy was obtained.Results:Clinical observation showed that the treatment of Lung-Liver disharmony syndrome of children ’ s transient tic disorders: clinical control 6 cases(12%),6 cases were markedly improved(12%),effective24 cases(48%),14 cases(24%),the total effective rate was 72%;The clinical control of 2 cases(4%),3 cases(6%),16 cases(34%),27cases(56%),and the total effective rate was 44%.The results of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was better than the western medicine group in the treatment of Lung-Liver disharmony syndrome of children’s transient tic disorders.Conclusions:The results of statistical analysis of the two groups showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.It shows that the experienced formula ChaihuXuanbiTang is more effective than Tiapride in the treatment of Liver-Lung disharmonysyndrome of children’s transient tic disorder.It has better clinical effect. |
