| With the advancement of society and economic development, people’s living standards have been increasing.Their health awareness has also gradually increased. The concept of “being well-to-do and healthy” has been gradually rooted in the hearts of people.Especially when the modern society is becoming increasingly prosperous, health topics are increasingly attracting public attention. At the same time, the aging of the population is expected to become the next public health challenge in the world in the next three years, and the health information needs of the elderly will also continue to grow. Finally, the access to health information for the elderly presents a trend of polymorphism.A large number of studies have shown that there are differences in the way health information is obtained between urban elderly residents and rural residents. In the field of health information acquisition, urban elderly residents prefer to obtain health information through formal exchange channels such as television, the Internet, newspapers, and magazines. The health information of the elderly in rural or remote areas mainly depends on personal social networks. From the perspective of social networks, this article discusses the characteristics, laws, and influencing factors of rural residents in the process of cooperative acquisition of the health information society in the environment of healthy literacy. In order to construct a model of influencing factors of social information acquisition for health information, researchers analyze the impact of social relations on health information acquisition behavior, revealing the direct and indirect effects of health information acquisition, digging out the social cooperation mechanism for obtaining health information. The data collection and analysis process of this paper has three stages. The first stage is the phase of constructing the initial model of health information acquisition social cooperation. At this stage, the researchers first designed the initial interview outline based on the literature and researchcontent, and then semi-structured interviews with 14 elderly residents in a certain rural area of Chongqing. Then,a grounded theory research strategy and interview case analysis method were used to determine the initial influencing factor model for social information acquisition of health information. The second phase is the development of a questionnaire for health information acquisition social cooperation. At this stage, the researchers again combined the literature and case interview analysis results to determine the questionnaire for the previous survey. At the same time, according to the initial influence factor model established in the first phase, the researchers compiled a scale for the influencing factors of social cooperation in rural elderly residents’ health information. Then, the researchers interviewed 48 elderly residents living in rural areas according to the questionnaire and used descriptive statistical analysis methods to determine the types of health information and social relationships. Finally, based on the type of health information and the types of social relationships, the researchers determined the formal survey of the social cooperation that rural residents live with their health information. The formal questionnaire includes three parts: basic personal information, health information acquisition social cooperation information features, and a scale. The third stage is to establish the model and mechanism for the influencing factors of social information acquisition for health information, including pre-survey and formal investigation. In the pre-investigation process, the researchers interviewed 180 elderly resident residents in rural areas, and then used the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the collected data for reliability analysis, and used high and low group T tests,Corrected Item-Total Correlation and other project analysis methods to purify Scale items. In the process of formal investigation, the researchers conducted a field survey of244 elderly residents living in rural areas in 4 townships in Chongqing, and used interviews of agents to obtain 62 data from Shaanxi,Guangxi, and Henan, and a total of 306 official interviews. The researchers used formal interview data to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,T-test,chi-square test,log-linear model, and correspondence analysis to understand the characteristics and laws of getting health information for social cooperation by elderly residents of rural areas. The use of exploratory factor analysis identified nine common factors: kinship,non-relative relationships, relationship structure, relationship content, relationship strength, stress, social context, health communication behavior, and social acquisition. In view of this, the concept model of social cooperation is adopted. Then the structural equation model is used to verify and correct the conceptual model. The study finds that: the social information cooperation behavior of health information acquisition has the characteristics of concentration and preference;the characteristics of social cooperation behaviors of rural residents with different attributes of permanent residents and residentsliving in rural areas have obvious differences and correlations;exposure of interrelated health information such as behavioral mechanisms, psychological mechanisms, and physical mechanisms to acquire social cooperation mechanisms. |
