| Currently,China is comprehensively promoting the construction of a "Healthy China",and in the "14th Five Year Plan" national health plan,a strategy of "promoting the health of the elderly" is formulated for the elderly population. The trend of aging in China’s society is deepening day by day,and at the same time, with the rapid development of the Internet era,the scale of elderly netizens in China is also rapidly increasing.Based on literature review research,it has been found that elderly people are in a vulnerable group in terms of both their physical condition and the use of intelligent technology, and should receive attention from different aspects. Therefore, this article takes the elderly population as the research object to explore their health information acquisition behavior and influencing factors, with the aim of proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the elderly population in terms of themselves, the quality of health information and the construction of access platforms,as well as policy support. This article uses a research method that combines qualitative and quantitative research.First, conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with qualified elderly groups, sort out and analyze the interview results, and combine the theoretical basis of technology acceptance model, perceived risk theory, information adoption model, etc.to summarize and extract the factors that affect the elderly group’s health information acquisition behavior, including: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, information demand, subjective norms, and reveal the relationship between various influencing factors and the health information acquisition behavior of the elderly population;Secondly, according to the conclusions of the qualitative research and literature analysis, the questionnaire items are set,and the results of the qualitative research are empirically studied through the questionnaire method.Distribute the survey questionnaire and collect the results.Using SPSS and AMOS data analysis software to conduct relevant data testing and analysis, exploratory factor analysis, construct structural equation models, test the fit and path analysis of structural equation models. Finally, the positive impact of information needs on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use is obtained; The positive impact of information demand on perceived risk; The positive impact of information demand on subjective standardization;Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively affect adoption intention; The positive impact of perceived risk on adoption intention is not established;Subjective norms have a positive impact on willingness to adopt; The willingness to adopt positively affects acquisition behavior.Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the elderly group’s health information literacy, improving the health information access platform, ensuring the quality of health information, strengthening the construction of medical services and strengthening policy support. |
