Part one The first part is the development of training program of lumbar dorsal muscle based on the theory of protective motivationObjective: to develop a training program for nurses with chronic low back pain.Methods: chronic low back pain based on nurses' physical and mental characteristics,reference literature both at home and abroad,on the basis of protection motivation theory,group discussion training programs,curriculum setting,the preliminary training plan formulation,please expert guidance,and on the training scheme design,the content of the curriculum,modified to generate formal protection motivation theory based back muscle exercise training programs.Results: training program of lumbar dorsal muscle training based on the theory of protective motivation(table 1)Conclusion: the preliminary results of this program indicate that it has a positive effect on the relief of chronic low back pain of nurses.Part two The second part is the application of the training program of lumbar dorsal muscle training based on the theory of protective motivation in ICU nurses with chronic low back painObjective: to evaluate the effect of this program on chronic low back pain in nurses with chronic low back pain.Methods: forty nurses from ICU of a tertiary general hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the training program,the researchsubjects will be trained in the form of collective training,which will be carried out and guided by researchers.Results: subjects before training,after comparing the visual analog scale(VAS)pain,lumbar dysfunction levels(ersion)RMDQ,SF-36 health survey profile,fear avoidance beliefs scale(FABQ),statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: this program can improve the pain symptoms of chronic low back pain nurses.Reduce the level of lumbar dysfunction of nurses with low back pain;Reduce the fear avoidance belief level of nurses with low back pain.
