ObjectiveThis survey designed to understand the status of community nurses in home care will,to analyze the influencing factors of community nurses in home care will,to put forward to promote the community nurses actively participate in home care work suggestions and to provide a reference for the relevant departments.MethodsBased on the theory of planned behavior,consulting literature and interviews,a preliminary questionnaire framework and items were drawn up to form an initial questionnaire.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the expert authority coefficient,content validity index CVI and the Cronbach's a coefficient tested questionnaire's reliability and validity,formed the final questionnaire.This study used random sampling and cluster sampling method to randomly select 3 urban districts of Hangzhou as the research area of this research.The nurses from 3 urban community health service centers were investigated by questionnaires.The survey tools are general information questionnaire for community nurses and questionnaire on community nurses engaged in home care will.SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data.Results(1)A total of 422 questionnaires were issued and 412 valid questionnaires were recovered.58.3% of the community nurses willed to engage in home care.(2)Demographic characteristics,age,educational background,work experience,job training,work experience and nurses' willingness to engage in home care had statistical significance(P<0.05).In attitude and behavior dimensions,development opportunity,willingness to work environment,social status and the willingness to work was positively correlated(P<0.05),there was a negative correlation between work stress risks and the willingness to work(P<0.05),salary and job intention has no correlation(P>0.05).In subjective dimensions,leaders,colleagues,family members and the willingness to work was positively correlated(P<0.05).In cognitivebehavioral control dimensions,the dimension of their comprehensive ability,the relationship between nurses,patients,policy system and the willingness to work was positively correlated(P<0.05).willingness to work and traffic problems had no correlation(P>0.05).(3)In the Logistic regression analysis,the colleagues,nursing skills,development opportunities,social support and working environment entered the regression equation.Conclusions(1)Compared with other studies,community nurses in Hangzhou had a higher level of willingness to take home care.But it did not reach a high level.(2)nurses' willingness to engage in home care was influenced by many factors.Colleagues,nursing skills,development opportunities,social support and working environment were the main factors that influence the willingness of community nurses to engage in home care.The older,higher professional title,longer working life and home care work experience,participate in home care nurses engaged in job training,home care nurses perceived their willingness to higher;stronger comprehensive ability,perceived social support system more perfect,the home nursing work evaluation more positive more willed to engage in home nursing work;traffic problems and industry salary had no significant impact on nurses working willingness.(3)To promote nurses actively engage in home care work,from the following aspects: pay attention to the construction of nursing personnel at home,set up a special home care team or department;give full play to the advantages of professional nurses,to provide more development platforms for nurses;improve the social support system,safeguard the home nursing work smoothly;the introduction of home care support policies,establishing reasonable management system and industry standards.
