| ObjectiveBy observing the curative effect of dysmenorrhea integral,TCM syndrome integral and uterine volume before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Xiaozheng recipe in treating uterine adenomyosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis was studied,which provided data and theoretical basis for further clinical application.MethodsThe 60 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis adenomyosis collected in the gynecological clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given oral Huoxue Xiaozheng Fang,and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule(Approval No.: Zhunzi Z20030127;manufacturer: Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)was selected as the control group.The three menstrual cycles were used as one course of treatment,and one course of medication was observed.After the course of treatment,statistical analysis of pain scores before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,uterine volume size,comprehensive evaluation of efficacy.Results(1)the curative effect of dysmenorrhea: both the treatment group and the control group could significantly reduce the score of dysmenorrhea(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The curative effect of TCM symptoms: both the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the TCM symptoms of the patients(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)changes of uterine volume: there was no significant difference in uterine volume before and after treatment in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant decrease in the uterine volume in the control group before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Safety: during a course of treatment,no side effects and adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and the control group,indicating that the safety of the two groups was good.ConclusionThrough this research,we found that Huoxue Xiaozheng recipe is effective in treating uterine adenomyosis of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type,which can obviously improve dysmenorrhea symptoms and TCM syndromes as a whole,and improve the quality of life of patients.Its clinical application has few side effects and good safety. |
