Research On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Mechanism Of Medical Security In Rural Poor Areas In China

With the concept of targeted poverty and health Chinese strategy,the problem of poverty population due to illness out of poverty has attracted more and more attention to,particularly under the policy requirements of the Poverty Alleviation under the current poverty standard in 2020,the research on this part of the disadvantaged group is imperative.Under such a macro background,this paper,from the perspective of the system,combed the current medical support poverty alleviation system in the rural poor areas.Founding that the current system of medical support poverty alleviation is only a system of medical expense reimbursement,having problems in the identification mechanism,helping mechanism and management assessment mechanism,and it is difficult to help out the overall poverty alleviation in 2020.This paper analyzes the causes of object recognition,the mechanism of helping,management assessment of lack of accurate,reasonably determine the influence factors in poor rural areas and poor medical judgment based methods,identified by the way of drawing on foreign catastrophic medical risk families,build accurate identification mechanism covering condition,income,expenditure,ability four dimensions the.And based on this,developing precise assistance mechanism from the two aspects of mechanism precision,help and promote accurate guidance,and construction of accurate management assessment mechanism from three aspects: multi-channel information collection,information interaction of various subjects and multi dimension index assessment.Hope that through these three mechanisms,to achieve precision to help poor people’s health from the design of the system,to help them get rid of poverty caused by the plight of poverty and to promote the all-round well-off society in an all-round way.
