Current Situation,problems And Countermeasure Research Of Hanyin Medical Security In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Health Poverty Alleviation

Health poverty alleviation is an important measure to achieve a better life for the poor in rural areas,which concerns the actual interests of the vast rural groups and the overall situation of balanced urban and rural development.At present,a large number of people are still plagued by diseases and poverty.An important task of rural development is to improve the rural medical security system,which is closely related to the lives of rural residents.The core task of the strategy of healthy poverty alleviation and the development of poverty alleviation is to solve the problem of heavy burden of disease treatment for farmers and avoid the occurrence of poverty caused by illness and poverty returned by illness.Firstly,this paper analyses the research status of health poverty alleviation at home and abroad,confirms the main research contents and research methods of this paper,and then elaborates the related concepts of poverty-stricken population,health poverty alleviation and medical security,and the related theories of health poverty,so as to provide some reference for the writing of this paper.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of poverty alleviation through medical insurance in rural areas of Hanyin County,introduces the current situation of medical treatment and Health Poverty Alleviation Policies of rural residents in Hanyin County,and analyses the current situation of medical insurance implementation from the aspects of medical insurance payment,fund supervision and medical assistance in Hanyin County,and through questionnaire survey and analysis.In the way of interviews,we find that there are several problems in rural medical security: the design of medical security system itself;the lack of supervision of medical security system;and the problems in the process of poverty alleviation.Finally,this paper summarizes the relevant experience and Enlightenment on poverty alleviation of medical security system at home and abroad,The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: optimizing the medical security system;improving the level of grass-roots medical institutions;promoting rural doctors in village clinics to get rid of difficulties;improving measures to promote health poverty alleviation and strengthening the supervision of medical security system.Supervision and management.
