Study On Risk Management Of Hospital Inspection Process Based On FMEA

The risk of hospital inspection process has become an important project of global hospital risk control and prevention,which is one of the important contents to ensure the quality of inspection.Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)as a kind of risk analysis method are familiar to people in the design,manufacturing and prevention of errors.In recent years,FMEA has been gradually applied to medical test risk management,which has been used to prevent and avoid medical risks in advance,so as to minimize the risk problems.The study selected the laboratory for the study of specimens,through the collection、finishing domestic and foreign inspection of medical risk management in the field of relevant literature,the FMEA analysis method and the risk assessment matrix(RAM)method were used to study the whole work flow of the test,including the inspection before and after the inspection,And other risk indicators,identification and assessment,the total process of the high risk factors,the results are as follows:1.Before the inspection of high risk factors:sample is not correct,improper preparation of patients,sample failure,sample contamination,the use of the wrong container,sample collection operation error,improper sample size,test items set unreasonable.2.In the high risk factors in the test:reagent failure,lack of maintenance equipment,not to do room quality control,experimental record is not complete,calibration failure.3.After the inspection of high risk factors:did not identify the critical value,not timely reporting of critical value,inspection report is not timely,the test results misstatement or omission,review missing items or missing items.4.Other high risk factors in the risk indicators:human resources shortage,poor inspection skills,the expectations of the inspection service is too high,the psychological factors of the inspectors,patient information is not complete.In view of the above identified high risk factors,to develop a corresponding risk response measures.Hope through this study,apply FMEA to hospital inspection process risk management,to reduce the incidence rate of hospital inspection process risk management,to verify whether the FMEA is suitable for the risk management in domestic hospital inspection process,whether has the effectiveness,feasibility and extension.And strive to promote the application of FMEA,in order to perfect the hospital ability in risk management issues,and as much as possible to reduce the medical risk and creating a remedy of the damages,improve patient safety,increase confidence in patients in medical activities.
