Clinical Efficacy Of Segmental Ligation And Flag Plastics On The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of segmental ligation and flag plastics in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Eighty cases were randomized into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group;control group was treating segmental ligation and flag plastics in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.While the control group received tradition Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.By the using the method of control group,and time of hospital of patients,with hospitalstays,postoperatinvepain,analedema,analcanalstenosis,urine,bleeding,anal pendant expansion and other complications,statistical analysis,evalution of clinical efficacy.Results:The use of segmental ligation and flag plastics in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with traditional Milligan-Morgan compared two groups of patients in the hospital stays,postoperative pain,anal edema,anal canal stenosis,urine,bleeding,anal pendant expansion in comparision,there are significant.Two patients in the operation time,there is no significant difference(P<0.05).The two groups of patients had no anal stenosis.Concludes:The use of segmental ligation and flag plastics in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can shorten hospital stays,reduce postoperative pain,reduce flag edema,reduce anal canal stenosis,reduce urinary retention,reuce bleeding,reduce the anal pendant expansion.The use of segmental ligation and flag platics in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is safe、effective,economical and satisfactory clinical efficacy and it is worthy of primary hospital.
