| Objective:Through of the observation on the clinical therapeutic effects and the postoperative complications and postoperative follow-up observations of circular mixed hemorrhoids treated by Milligan-Morgan combined with paper bridge mucosal folding sling, to explore a further increase the thoroughness of its treatment of anal features protect and fewer surgical complications.Method:40 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group of 20 patients treated with Milligan-Morgan combined with paper bridge mucosal folding sling, outside the control group traditional external dissect and internal ligation technique(Milligan-Morgan operation). General clinical information (age, gender, disease duration, the main disease) were comparable (P> 0.05) cases, the difference between two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, complications and follow-up after 3 months to observe the situation Clinical efficacy of the two groups were, respectively, postoperative complications, wound healing time and other indicators were controlled observation.Result:The use of Milligan-Morgan combined with paper bridge mucosal folding sling for treatment of circumferential mixed with the traditional external dissect and internal ligation technique compared to the clinical cure rate, relapse rate, anal bleeding, urinary retention, pain, heavy feeling in the anus was no significant difference between (P> 0.05). Two groups in postoperative blood in the stool stop time, anal margin of edema, wound healing time, postoperative anal stenosis, redundant skin left side, there was a significant statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Milligan-Morgan combined with paper bridge mucosal folding sling operation in ensuring the cure rate, based on better protection of the normal structure and function of the anus to reduce postoperative complications and sequelae, is an effective treatment for circular mixed hemorrhoids. |
