Objective:To investigate the current fatigue of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis and the related factors of fatigue. Methods By the researchers designed a questionnaire to investigate and take the probability sampling method, choosing between January 2016 and March 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university, xin jiang ili kazak autonomous prefecture friendship hospital, yili prefecture hospital, the three hospital dialysis center maintenance hemodialysis Patient 289 examples, application of fatigue rating scale(Fatigue Assessment Instrument,FAI)and energy consumption protein(Protein Energy Wasting,PEW)in patients with self-reported-Subjective comprehensive assessment(Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global assessment,PG-SGA)diagnostic criteria for investigation of rating scale.Results:(1)Fatigue in patients with maintenance hemodialysis detected was at the rate of 83.0%,protein energy wasting was at the rate of 62.6%;(2)In comparison, the two groups of fatigue value of total cholesterol below the fatigue group(P<0.05),fatigue and protein energy wasting between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(3)Single factor analysis showed that the degree of SGA scores(OR=1.312,95%CI: 1.163-1.481,P<0.001),the total cholesterol(OR=0.661,95%CI:0.496-0.880,P=0.005)are the independent risk factors leading to the fatigue.Multiariable logistic regression analysis showed that SGA scores(OR=5.286,95%CI:2.078-13.442,P<0.001)is an independent factor of fatigue. Conclusion:Patients in maintenance hemodialysis, the fatigue and protein energy wasting were at a high detection rate, and the protein energy wasting is an independent risk factor leading to the fatigue.
