The Correlation Study On TCM Syndrome Differentiation And TCM Constitution Type With Regard To Gastric Cancer

Objective: To investigate and study the clinical data of gastric cancer patients,and analyze the relationship of gastric cancer patients’ general data,TCM syndrome differentiation and constitution.It provides objective reference for the treatment based on syndrome of gastric cancer,through the syndrome differentiation of TCM and constitution offers a late-model effective method for the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.Methods: By adopting the method of clinical observation study,and selecting a total of 137 patients of gastric cancer in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from October,2016 to July,2017.Collected the TCM four diagnosis data of patients for Chinese medicine dialectical classification.Filling in the“Traditional Chinese classification and determination of Physique”,surveying analysis of TCM constitution and analyze the relationship between nine kinds of TCM Constitution and TCM syndrome type.The statistical analysis use SPSS 20.0 software to process method.Results: 1.The collection of 137 patients with gastric cancer,there are 92 men and45 women,67.5% of men and 32.85% of women.The ratio of male to female was 2:1,Male incidence of disease is higher than women,of which the oldest was 83 years old and youngest was 31 years old.The average was 62±9.86 years.The maximum number is 51-70 years group accounted for 57.66%,the larger is over 70 years group accounted for 23.36% and the least is 31-50 years group accounted for 18.98%.The result show that the male of 51-70 years old is likely to develop cancer of stomach.2.About TCM syndrome differentiation,Spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome is 32.84%,Liver qi invading stomach syndrome is 28.47%,Qi-blood deficiency syndrome and Endoretention of phlegm-damp syndrome is 11.68%,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is 8.76%,Stomach heat syndrome is 6.57%.3.In the traditional Chinese medicine physique peaceful mass is 11.68%,8 kinds of biased constitution is mainly Yang deficiency(26.28%),Qi deficiency(25.54%),Qi depression(15.33%),Phlegm-damp(8.76%),Blood stasis(5.11%),Yin deficiency and Humid quality is the fewest(3.65%)and no Allergic constitution.4.The TCM physique of gastric cancer have relation with age and gender(P<0.05).Men are mainly composed with Yang Deficiency and women are mainly composed with Qi Depression.31-50 years old crowd is mainly composed with Qi Depression,51-79 years old crowd is mainly composed with Qi Deficiency and over 70 years old crowd is mainly composed with Yang Deficiency.5.TCM syndrome differentiation have evident relation with Climcal stage(P<0.05)and the Ⅲ is clinical common pathological stage,but have no correlation with Tissue differentiation degree(P>0.05).6.In gastric cancer that Qi Deficiency constitution was significantly related to Qi-blood deficiency syndrome and Spleen stomach deficiency-cold syndrome(P<0.05),Qi-depression constitution mostly relates to Liver qi invading stomach syndrome(P<0.05),Yang Deficiency constitution mostly relates to Spleen stomach deficiency-cold syndrome(P<0.05),Phlegm-damp constitution mostly relates to Endoretention of phlegm-damp syndrome(P<0.05),Blood stasis constitution relates to Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Men incidence of gastric cancer is higher than women,51-70 years old is high incidence age.2.In the gastric cancer TCM syndrome differentiation,Liver qi invading stomach syndrome is mainly to Sthenia syndrome and Spleen stomach deficiency-cold syndrome is mainly to Asthenia syndromes.3.The majority of gastric cancer constitutions were Yang-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,Qi-stagnation constitution.It is think that the three kinds constitution is susceptible of gastric cancer.4.The TCM constitution has a certain correlation with the TCM syndrome differentiation.The early gastric cancer is mainly composed of Sthenia syndrome and advanced cancer is Sthenia mixed Asthenia or Asthenia syndromes.5.The TCM physique is related the TCM syndrome types of gastric cancer.Qi Deficiency constitution was significantly related to Qi-blood deficiency syndrome and Spleen stomach deficiency-cold syndrome,Qi-depression constitution mostly relates to Liver qi invading stomach syndrome,Yang Deficiency constitution mostly relates to Spleen stomach deficiency-cold syndrome,Phlegm-damp constitution mostly relates to Endoretention of phlegm-damp syndrome,Blood stasis constitution relates to Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
