| Objective:The purpose of this study was to identify relative factors that could be associated with intracranial aneurysms rupture.Method:284 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between May 2012 and December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Among 284 cases,149 aneurysms remained intact and 135 were ruptured. The patients’clinical records including gender, age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking, drinking, characteristics of aneurysm and biochemical results were reviewed.Statistical analysis were performed with the SPSS statistical package 22.0.Result:The age, aneurysm size,location,form,LDL-C,FBG,Na,Cl,HCO3,CysC was significantly different in UIAs than in RIAs in univariate analysis(P<0.05).RIAs’ratio including age among 50th to 60th,irregular aneurysm, diameter between 5mm to10mm,located in ICA-C7 were significantly higher than RIAs’.The age,form,LDL-C remained statistically significant in multivariable logistic regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,form of aneurysm,LDL-C may be the risk factors of intracranial aneurysms rupture.Age 50th to 60th might have the highest rupture rate.Irregular aneurysms have the strongest relationship with aneurysm rupture. |
