Objectives1.This research was to explore the effect of limb exercises on patients' preventing complications after TRI.2.To explore the effect of the beginning time of using limb exercises on patients' complications after TRI.MethodsThis experiment was a quasi-experimental study. The investigators selected 200 patients who passed the radial artery interventional transradial coronary intervention(TRI)in the Department of Cardiology,a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Changsha,Hunan Province from June to November 2017 as the study, including 106 males and 94 females, aged 31 to 81 years, mean 61.5 years old. They were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group according to the last number of the inpatient certificate number. The experimental group was divided into 3 groups according to the starting time of the use of the limb exercises, they were the experimental group first, the experimental group second and the experimental group third.Among them, fifty patients were the control group and received routine postoperative care under the guidance of the nurse after TRI;fifty patients were the experimental group first,in addition to routine postoperative care,TRI patients were guided by nurses practicing limb exercises after 0.5 hours of the operation;fifty patients were the experimental group second, limb exercises for TRI patients were operated after 1 hours of operation;fifty patients were the experimental group third, limb exercises for TRI patients were operated after 2 hours of operation. The degree of swelling, the degree of pain, blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)of the index finger of the intraoperative limbs and the bleeding condition of the puncture site after 8 hours of operation was collected as the evaluation index.A double-blind method was used to input data and SPSS17.0 software was used for data processing. The chi-square test was performed on the count data, the measurement data were analyzed by single-factor analysis of variance and rank data were subjected to non—parametric test multiple sets of independent sample data for rank-sum test, and a =0.05(bilateral)was used as the test level.Results1.There was no significant difference in the clinical data between the four groups in gender, age, education level, smoking history, alcohol abuse history, past medical history and other relevant clinical data(p>0.05).2.The control group and the experimental group had a statistically significant difference in the degree of swelling of the patients after the TRI(P<O.05);The control group and the experimental group had a statistically significant difference in the degree of pain of the patients after the TRI(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the SpO2between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the bleeding condition of the puncture site between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05).3.There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group first and the experimental group second in the treatment of the swelling degree of the patients after the TRI.(P<0.05);.There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group first and the experimental group second in the treatment of the pain degree of the patients after the TRI.(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the SpO2 between the experimental group first and the experimental group second(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the bleeding condition of the puncture site between the experimental group first and the experimental group second(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group first and the experimental group third in the treatment of the swelling degree of the patients after the TRI.(P<0.05);.There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group first and the experimental group third in the treatment of the pain degree of the patients after the TRI.(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the SpO2 between the experimental group first and the experimental group third((p>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the bleeding condition of the puncture site between the experimental group first and the experimental group third(p>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment of the swelling degree between the experimental group second and the experimental group third(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment of the pain degree between the experimental group second and the experimental group third(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the Sp02 between the experimental group second and the experimental group third(p>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the bleeding condition of the puncture site between the experimental group second and the experimental group third(p>0.05).Conclusions1.The limb exercises can reduce the degree of swelling and pain of the patient's lateral limb after TRI.2.The effect of starting to apply limb exercises on reducing the degree of swelling and pain of the patient's lateral limb at 0.5h after TRI was superior to other time points.
