Study On The Therapeutic Effect Oftanshinone Capsules Combined With Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction On PCOS Patients

Objective:To observe the effects of tanshinone capsules combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction on clinical symptoms,serum steroid hormones and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),we hope to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of tanshinone capsules combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of PCOS patients.MethodTaking 40 cases of patients,who went to Department of gynecology,first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine during the period of January 2017 to December 2017 into the standard criteria.The tanshinone capsules were combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction for oral treatment.Tanshinone capsules were taken three times a day for four capsules at one time.It is accompanied by a daily dose of phlegm,morning and evening,and continuous treatment for three months.Take Cangfu Daotan Decoction one dose a day morning and evening separately.To observe the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment,Menstrual improvement,serum steroid hormones,and changes in insulin resistance,determine its clinical efficacy.Results3 cases of patients during treatment failed to follow,37 standard cases were included in the standard criteria.1.After treatment with tanshinone capsules and Cangfu Daotan Decoction,the clinical total efficiency is 91.67%.Compared with the effect before treatment,patients’ TCM symptoms and menstrual conditions obviously improved,and clinical symptoms such as acne,hirsutism,and obesity improved significantly(P<0.01).2.After treatment with tanshinone capsules and Cangfu Daotan Decoction,the levels of luteinizing hormone,testosterone,androstenedion and homa-ir were decreased in the serum of patients(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionTanshinons coupled with Cangfu Daotan Decoction is effective in the treatment of PCOS patients.It can be used clinically for the treatment of patients with PCOS because it can reduce serum androgen levels,improve the patient’s menstrual cycle,insulin resistance and obesity.
